Hiatus!

I really hate to do this again, but after thinking on it a bit, I think I need to pull back for a second time. Like last time, it’s not permanent. I just have a lot on my plate right now, and I can barely manage all my RP blogs on top of everything else.

This applies to all my blogs except astoranember and rimedvirtue (the latter of which will probably be put on semi-hiatus instead).

So I’m certain you all know my boyfriend, @linfaxvitale. Unfortunately, due to Tumblr being run by dumbfucks who have their heads so far up their asses they can’t remember what the sun looks like, he is incapable of logging into this account any longer.      As he hastily slipped inside the cathedral, he swallowed to ease the stubborn burn at the base of his throat, which should have been quenched by his most recent hunt. The shrill ringing in his ears sent needles of pain into his skull. Crimson eyes shut more tightly than the massive double doors at his back, and he focused on the muffled drum of rain against stone.

     What would his younger self do, he wondered, if he were to witness his present actions? A blade to the gut would not be sufficient enough a punishment for corrupt feet treading on holy ground. He supposed he should burn, like a lycanthrope strung up in one of Yharnam’s squares; a centerpiece of foolishness for everyone to marvel at. Even his dear Bianca would join them, he thought. Yet even as he continued to ruin himself, she wouldn’t dare admit that he was a shell of the friend she once knew. Amid the savage impulse to spill more blood surfaced a cold twinge of guilt. He pushed it away.

     Ansel cast a glance towards the doors, then up the towering staircase, and a ghost of a smirk crossed his pale features. No matter where he chose to go, he would be met with beasts, yes? Then towards beasts disguised as men he would go, if only to satiate their incessant need to turn their noses up at his kind.

I usually wouldn’t do something like this, especially since I’m on hiatus but my family is kind of in a bad time so I’ll explain: In late April, my dad was diagnosed with Stage 3 Lung Cancer and it’s primarily one of the reasons I’ve been so sparse lately, aside from school. He has a lot of breathing problems, insomnia, and can sometimes barely breathe just getting up the stairs. There are days where he can’t even take me to school either, and my family in general has been relay ill lately just from stress alone, my mother is diabetic and works day and night, so does my father still ( even though I keep saying that he doesn’t have too ), even with his condition. He’s his elder years so treatment is going to be very rough on him when we can finally get it. It also makes his chance of surviving a lot more difficult. We also just recently got kicked off our healthcare which we now have to reapply for and has postponed his therapy from getting it in April, to now in June 1st. My family isn’t rich and at best, my house only makes about 30 grand each year. In general, it’s been a really hard time for me and my family, and I usually hate doing stuff like e-begging, but with the amount of medical bills we might be facing very soon, I thought it’d be best to try and get the word out for support. The GoFundMe campaign is right over here, any small amount is appreciated, and even if you can’t donate, I would be so grateful if you guys would spread the word around. It would mean the world to me and my father, and I would love you guys for it. If you can help in any way, please do. ♥

     Again. Gods, it happened again. He was lost. He knew he had been in this part of Yharnam before - he was certain of it. Frustration bubbled in his stomach like magma as he fought to regain his sense of direction. He turned on his heel to face a darkened alleyway, from which oozed a steady white fog. Hemwick is this way... yes?

     No, he had just come from that direction. A noise of irritation climbed his throat, and he put a hand on his forehead before staring up at the darkening sky, and at the towering spires surrounding him on all sides, as if to regain his bearings. Bianca would be unbelievably cross with him if he did not return home before nightfall, as he had promised.

     He could only assume the blood was responsible for corroding his once thorough knowledge of Yharnam’s streets, but that night - like every other night - he was reluctant to dwell on it for very long. Instead, he took to wandering the streets, hopeful that he would encounter someone willing to point him in the right direction, rather than a slavering beast.

     A familiar garb came to view, donned by a rather tall blonde-haired stranger. A hunter. Hesitation took root, but Ansel shoved it aside. “Ah... Pardon me, sir,” he called, knitting his fingers together as he struggled to formulate his request. “I seem to have lost my way. Would you perhaps... mind pointing me in the right direction?”
