I think people tend to forget that the whole point of WandaVision is to SET UP the rest of phase 4. The battle between Wanda and Agatha was not actually a final battle, it was actually the battle to accept and become Scarlet Witch. I will admit that the battle between white vision and vision was a little underwhelming. But, they needed to leave a back door open for Vision to return. I saw people say that the episode didn’t feel like a finale. Of course it’s not supposed to feel like a finale it is supposed to close this mini chapter but leave room for the rest of marvel, which it did. It certainly didn’t help when people began to overhype it with crazy theories. Even if it didn’t give us Mephisto or Magneto, it gave us character development on both Wanda and Vision, it gave us Billy and Tommy (which if you have read the comics, you know that they will come back), it gave us Monica’s origin story to becoming a hero, it gave us Scarlet Witch. This show set up and delivered an impressive amount in a short span. Marvel is notorious for giving us a lot answers, but also, leaving us with a lot of questions. Even with Endgame, people complained how there were still unanswered questions, which then were mostly answered in Spiderman FFH. I really wished people will be patient and trust Marvel in that these questions and concerns will be solved in time and that this will have a big payoff in the end.

Rewatching WandaVision knowing what we know now is painful. Vision can’t remember his life before Westview, which means he doesn’t exactly know who Wanda actually is and doesn’t remember falling in love with her and what made him love her in the first place. In Civil War he said he wishes for people to see Wanda as he did but that’s not even how he sees her now. And throughout episode one of the show, we can see it clearly hurts Wanda that he doesn’t remember anything and she can’t make him remember it.
