And then I discovered how the instant coffee had settled at the bottom of my tall vessel.  And it was disagreeable to take that last sip and made me gag.  But that meant it was time to refresh my cup of coffee.  Apparently it means I must stir the cup a few times while drinking so that the coffee does not settle at the bottom.
