7th-8th century stone sculpture of the goddess Varahi from Pandrethan, Kashmir
It depicts the goddess with a boar head, holding a gada (mace), and standing in a tribhanga pose with an attendant. She is part of the Saptamatrika.
Notice the attire of Varahi. She's wearing a surprisingly modern looking kurti / Patiala suit / sharara type dress, which are still worn in Punjab today. There's a long continuity of sartorial traditions in the Indian subcontinent.

The gopura of Vellore fort temple. Also called as Jalakandeshwara temple, Tamil Nadu.
The Thiruchitrambalam or Chidambaram Nataraja temple, Tamil Nadu. Believed to be existing from at least 5th century CE as the Saivathirumurai, a collection of about 10,000 divine Tamil chants written about the 5th century, mentions this temple. It was looted and destroyed by barbaric Muslim invader Malik Kafur in 1311. But the Nayakar rulers of Madurai renovated the temple by 1643. The golden roof and the temple pond is seen here.
Hindu art symbolism and vivaha samskaras
Painting of Rukmini vivaha. Look at the Purohita, he is directing Krishna and Rukmini to look at Rishi Vashishta & Arundhati constellation* in the sky. Krishna and Rukmini are looking at their own reflections above, showing that they are Lakshmi and Vishnu. Agni, understanding that it is Lakshmi Narayana in front of Him, He encircles Krishna and Rukmini instead.
In Hindu marriage rituals, Rishi Vashishta and Arundhati symbolise an ideal married couple. The groom shows the bride the twin stars of Vashishta and Arundhati, in a ceremony called 'Arundhati darshanam'. In some parts of India, Vashishta-Arundhati is replaced by the Dhruva constellation, however Vashishta-Arundhati are invoked around the vivaha homa.
*In western astronomy today, these two stars are known as Mizar and Alcor, from the Arabic words horse and rider, as the Europeans adopted these terms from Arabic astronomy.
