Universal Child

All of my life my family has called me a universal child because of my skin color. I look like I can be any culture mixed in the world when really I am just Native American and African American. This year I actually want to become a universal child. I wish to have the sophistication of a English woman, the style of an Italian woman, the cooking skills of a French woman, the sass of a Spanish woman, and last but not least the determination of a American woman.

Reason why I can't just read any book on my list

Mom- “well if you like the book so much why don’t you get something similar” me" well if you took a vacation and you loved the destination would you go to some place similar? “ mom-"no I would keep going there or try out some completely new destination” …..my point ladies and gentlemen.

Mad Black Feminist

*RANT* So apparently I am a mad black feminist....I mean I appreciate not being called a mad black woman and I seriously appreciate the fact that you acknowledge my true ethnicity because that is a struggle of its own, but why can't I just be a woman thats pissed?
