precognitive dream? 2021/11/15

6 sisters. They were mixed race. Black dad, never seen their mother. First they were not 6 sisters. maybe a few brothers. Some are pretty. Was at the party. Party was over disappointed. Walking on the wall kind of thing. Grass. Town is surrounded by this. Like in York in England. Was looking for M.K. She was there in the hair salon.  6 sisters were all pretty Japanese/Asians.  I was on the ground they path over me. They were very cheerful and happy. It was very sunny and a few big cloud.

Precognitive dream Evidence case 2021-11-03

 I dream precognitive dream recently. So I wrote here as an evidence. I sometimes know that it will happen as the dream is realistic. Today, it was quite realistic.

 Keyword, pomodoro method, round beautiful face Aya, football, keeper, marriage.

 A bit dark grey place. There are pcs made of wood? Wooden table. I was doing pomodoro method. There was a tall, older than me(I seem to be young) walking around. There were big two square windows in the room. Shiny light, I was watering the plants on the windowsill in the 5 minutes break of pomodoro method. I felt it is too short. I had to water later. I saw people playing football or sport. Reminded me I was in a school (I dream my school a lot which I did not love).

 I was playing football (US soccer) in the field. Light green.

 The girl called Aya, Japanese girl who has round face, beautiful big eyes, small nose, tiny lips but not too thin, long eye lash, short hair, arms are slim but legs are big and muscular.

  I was thinking about me being keeper would be great. I would play very well. Then I realised keeper needs to have a creativity and sharp intuition.

Then I thought if I could be a manager of the football team. I can gather the players who don’t play well. And try to train keeper, if they are good. I will make them keeper.

 I saw her kicking the ball with her football uniform, maybe uniform was blue. Then she sat down next to me. Very close.

I told this to Aya, she didn’t really response about it.

 We were sitting at the corner outside of field. On the back there is a big tall net wall which is mixed with plants (bush). On the right side there is a same wall but 1m ahead it ended and continue the line to the side. So we were at hidden square. Maybe avoiding the sun. On the left side there were another medium size football pitch? Surrounded by the same walls. A guy looking up the ball beside the wall as the ball were going over that wall. Ball was like football, but I did not know they were playing tennis or basketball or something else.

 The girl start crying suddenly and telling me “We are about getting married” I thought she was talking about me and her but realised that she is talking about us getting older and we need to find someone soon.

She started crying so hard. I felt her and I was holding her tight and trying to calm her down.

“Better not to think negatively. If you are positive, everything will be smooth and what you wish will come true”

 I realised that I was in a classroom. They were bowing the teacher. I was embarrassed and hoped that they are not listening to me. So I stood up and rushing out from the class. Students started chatting and preparing going to the next class (I hated that when I was school). I was at the corridor. Wooden kind of building. There is a lift on the right side. Next to the lift there was a stairs going down. A beam of light coming through from tiny window on the top of the wall.

The more you have ego, the more you have pain

How to become “Essence”

 I want to do this

I want to do that

Why the world is hurting me?

I am here and existing

Because this is who I am and what I am

Think like that way,

But really, what you think about true yourself may not be the true you

 It may be a false you that you created to protect the attack from others and surrounding.

 Is it really really your “will” what you want to do or who you want to be?

 Ask yourself in deep place of your heart.

 We do not want to be who you really are, do not want to know or do not want to show your weakness.

So you are angry, sad and want to shout.

 Because that is uncool, fragile and vulnerable.

 When you were born,

You accept everything

 As you were being told off, bitten, could not get what you want, you realize and understand things, at the same time,

 You carry negative emotions which is “not to be accepted”

 That becomes armors and weapons

When someone did something to you, you attack back or protect with it.

Because you have restored this fear that you won’t have meaning of existence when you are not accepted.

 These weapons and armors are “Ego” and use this to protect to yourself.

But as you have stronger weapons and armors, people and environment attack you more.

  Even if that thing doesn’t come to you suddenly, Like a huge dark cloud, negative moisture grows just above your head.

 So you can let the ego out like taking out some air from your body

You do not need weapons and armors

 You may think “then I will be attacked again and again”

 Actually, if you do not have any protections, contrary, the attack never reaches you

Because nothing against the attack

 When you become “essence” <Only Necessary You>

 You feel the same essence from people and things

 You feel everything is one, and there is no conflict between

 You become a person like a huge statue and just observe the world calmly

Hibernation in spring

There isn’t a place to go out to play or meeting with friends, so we do not need to go out in the night. Let’s sleep early and wake up early.

 Morning

 I usually set 7 hours sleep.

If I woke up earlier, I tried to wake up as I can feel fresher.

 Brushing teeth, washing face

Drinking hot water

Stretching while listening to music, youtube or podcast

It is good to listen to your favorite music in the morning.

Breakfast

Brushing teeth

 Reading book

I read 1 hour a day

  If there is sun in the sky, I open the window to get direct sun shine while I am reading.

 Working

 Midday

Lunch

 If you do not have so much sleep in the night, I do a nap for 5-20min before 2pm.

Sleeping on the sofa with sitting position is good. If you feel cold, put a blanket.

Set the alarm.

Imagining good future and your wish, meditating… into the dream.

 Back to work

 Break for some exercise. I do Kenjyutsu and Aikido.

 Evening

 The time for dinner.

Working

Taking a bath

Brushing teeth

Write down what we need to do tomorrow (not too much/many)

 Meditation

As we cannot see others, we can talk to ourselves. Can do 30min-1hour of meditation every day. If we can reset the mind, everything we do become efficient and speedy.

 Food/Body

Be quiet and eating quiet food, moving the body, make our body more sensitive.

They you can hear the truth from your body.

Cooking

The restaurant has been shut. If the food is limited we can be creative and challenge to cook new food. If you have flour, you can cook a lot of food.

Write a letter

You can write a letter to someone, you love and care. If you have time, you can create a handmade envelope.

 Write

You may say you are not a writer, but you can write something. Poem, diary, writing to yourself, you can arrange your mind by doing it.

 Drawing/Painting

I believe anyone can draw and everyone should draw regularly. We depict things by drawing before we write letters, we are human being, it is very natural to express ourselves by hands. Your imagination will appear on the surface. Even if you are saying you are not good at, you can use shape and colour, it can be abstract.

 Music

You can play an instrument or dance. No one is watching you, it is another way to entertain and experiment your body.

Hibernation in spring/Relaxing time for the earth.

The time for revolution / Your revolution becomes for everyone’s

 Many people in the world cannot go out.

Lockdown in London has been a month, and many countries becoming similar situation.

It maybe because of less pollution. Every day we can see blue skies. Our isolation may help for the earth and she can relax.

 Some of you may have to work, and may suffer, feeling sadness because of this incident, but I believe this is a good opportunity for us.

 Even if we have swirl inside and outside of our body, even if we cannot do normal things, this period of the time, we can create the quiet world and listen to our heart. And we can look into ourselves.

 I baked bread.  I thought

“If I could send this to someone I care”

 If we cannot do, we cannot do. So we do what we can do.

There are tons of things we can do at home.

 Now it is the time that we can appreciate ourselves, things and people around you.

 And we can prepare this feeling to spread.

 Even if our world is 1,2 square meter. We can create our own world.

 If we can look into ourselves and discover more, next time we see our friends, we can talk to them with full of smile.

 I believe that our of aim of human being is to be more “human being”.

 We can feel everything while we are living. And live our life.

 I thought about how we live a fulfilled day.

Super Nova Beabadoobee A new singersong writer

 Just I stop speaking for two weeks, as I may damaged my vocal vox.

I discovered this band (or artist) called Beabadoobee

I don’t even know who that is and they are popular in the town or not.

 I completely fell in love with their music.

 I haven’t found the music really excites me like falling love for years.

 All the modern music sounds all the same, and soul less.

  The reason why I am writing about this, is not just to introduce this music. Is that I did a huge mistake when I was little.

 I think I should be a promoter.

 Because there are so many bands that I love and spoke loud in a class. But no one cares, or they even laugh at me. But now these bands are world famous and everybody loves.

 They said like

“You, why do you listen to such a loser music.”

 “such a terrible music and their fashion. So dark and depressive, you must be mental”

 Hey, yes you said that to me.

 But now look at them.

  I wish there is a betting system for art or music. I could be the richest man in the world now.

Because every (almost…) band I fell in love. They become world famous.

  Yes. This band or song writer… sounds like 90s.

 If the bassline and mix is not so modern way. I will be super 90s sound.

 Like Juliana Hatfield, Madder Rose, Sonic Youth…

 I do actually not like how modern music mix, but somehow this band mix doesn’t make me annoyed.

 They have other songs remarkable,

 I said 90s. Yes. 90s is the peak of all the art, but it doesn’t matter their music sounds 90s or not.

 It is soulful and honest.  

 I found all the British/American music become so commercial and plasticky.

 Which Asian music used to be. Japanese music… I don’t dislike all but from 80s it becomes more focus on looks, catchy melody.

 British/American pop becomes exactly like that and even worse.

 I cannot recognize which singer is which. Because all the same.

There is some good music but that doesn’t make me cry or move. It is OK.

 One of the reasons I am making music is I believe I still have a soul and create great music to share my feeling to people.

 This band has. Or this singer song writer.

 The lyrics are very honest. It is witty or straight forward that she uses these youngster use like words.

 This song so like Madder Rose/Panic on.

 Well. But I don’t think there is OLD or NEW in music. Or in Art. Great Art has soul so can fly any time. Timeless and infinitive.

 Although I am excited to this music because I can feel “now” the presence, that is also important to remind us we are really living in “now”

  Yes.

 That is missing. We do not want to feel the presence, so we make nonsense music or art. Pretend that we are living in presence but do not want to confront it.

  I bet all my money now to this band. A few years later I will be rich man in the world.
