I love my Papa Ken, and I've loved him since the days where me calling him "Papa" was cute rather than weird. He has Alzheimer's, and when you live with someone in that situation, you learn the best way to manage things is to live like you're running a con in a heist movie. If that sounds insane, you clearly have never worked with the elderly.

You know what sort of thing I'd draw if I could draw? A comic about an Imperial who moves to Skyrim who nurses a wounded elf back to health, falls in love with her, thinks she's only weird because she's elvish, only for it to turn out to be a Falmer. She's unwilling to give up on the lie, so when he asks to meet her parents she convinces two Draugr to play along.

May Day wasn't a holiday I ever expected to write about, but then I learned a few things... then a few more things... and then I decided to make that knowledge everyone's problem.

My surgery was several weeks ago. I'm putting myself back together. It's a long, slow process with a lot of steps, but it's worth it. Good thing I'm not the only one working on this particular Seth-shaped jigsaw puzzle, and that at least one of the people involved is an expert. Confused? That's normal, and it probably won't clear up after reading this, but hopefully you'll at least get a laugh or two out of it.

If all the escaping Padawans from Order 66 are out there teaching their clandestine students to wield the force in secret, what do you bet there's a little "denominational drift" that happens as a result? One teacher might be okay with blasters, one might allow marriage, next thing you know the second Death Star blows and they have to try and get along.
