In Trying Times.

The ground feels shaky right now. We see the prices at the pump. We read the news of conflict. Fear is a loud noise. It tries to drown out our work.
My name is not important. I am just one of you. That is why this space is called Saya = Kita — it means that, I am Us. You and I are together.
Here are ten simple thoughts on how we keep moving, together, in hard times.
1. The Floor is Moving, So Stand on Your Values. We cannot control the price of oil. We cannot stop a war. We can only control how we treat the person next to us. When the world spins fast, we stay still by being honest, fair, and kind. That is our new foundation.
2. Marketing is Not Shouting. It is Helping. When people are scared, they do not want a flashy ad. They want a life raft. How can our product or service make their day lighter? Right now, marketing is simply showing up with a tool that solves a real problem. No noise. Just help.
3. Cash is Like Oxygen. It sounds cold, but it is true. When the world is in crisis, the fancy office and the extra gadget do not matter. Air matters. Money in the bank is the air we breathe to stay alive. Let’s protect it. Not to be greedy, but to be here next year for our customers and our families.
4. We Keep the Lights On by Taking Care of the Person at the Switch. You. The team. We cannot run this place if you are burnt out from doom-scrolling. I need you to rest. I need you to eat lunch away from the screen. Keeping the company going means keeping you going.
5. Vision Does Not Need a Megaphone. We are still building what we dreamed of. The war outside the window does not change the blueprint inside the room. It just means we might build a little slower. We might use cheaper wood. But the shape of the house stays the same. Hold the vision gently but firmly.
6. Community is Cheaper than Advertising. Since the blog is called I am Us, let’s act like it. Talk to the customer who has been with us for five years. Ask the supplier how they are holding up. When money is tight, trust is the currency that still spends.
7. Worry About Problems You Can Touch. I cannot solve the energy crisis at this desk. But I can solve a shipping delay for a worried client. I can fix a typo on the website that confuses a visitor. Focus small. It makes the big, scary world feel manageable.
8. Let Go of the Old Version of Success. Maybe this year we don't grow by 20%. Maybe we just stay the same size, but we become kinder, smarter, and more stable. In a storm, a ship that stays afloat is a victory. That is success for now.
9. A Humble Leader Does Not Have All the Answers. I have a guess. I have a hope. But I do not have a crystal ball. I will not pretend the road is smooth. I will just promise to walk it with you and to listen when you think we should turn left.
10. We Are the Steady Signal. The news is a siren. Social media is a panic attack. But our work, our team, our little corner of the world—that can be a steady, quiet signal. Let’s be the place where people (including us) come to feel normal, useful, and valued.
