nero finds lyna to be very visually appealing, but also very alien as he’s... never seen a viera/viis before! at least not up close. being born and raised garlean in an atmosphere where anything not garlean was beneath him and thus savage by nature, there’s bias there. he still finds her beautiful, but his attitude dampens that. he wants to not view her as a savage, and that’s difficult for him to achieve.

The Crystal Tower's visage looming on the horizon was an image seered into his mind's eye since the venture with the Sons of Saint Coinach and the Allagan clones. So upon waking up in this strange, very purple land, he made it his priority to reach that with which he was familiar, his utter lack of clothes be damned.

That's not to say he would approach completely in the buff; he had fashioned something of a skirt out of a pair of sineater wings--surprisingly helpless when deprived of their ability to fly as it turns out. He stopped when instructed, of course, but couldn't stop himself from rolling his eyes.
