I find that on holidays and birthdays I'm usually depressed for reasons unrelated to the holiday. This happens so often that I sort of subconsciously associate them with a feeling of melancholy. Last Christmas I was sad over a breakup and the Christmas before that I was sad over a breakup and the one before that I was sad for no reason and the one before that my dad was an asshole and so on and so forth. I guess they just make me think of the passage of time which gives me anxiety but the general pleasantness of the holiday mixes with the anxiousness and it leads to an often uncomfortable nostalgic 20 hour long sigh and melodramatic stare off into the distance. Or maybe I'm just unc and I hate fun

I think the religious and spiritual inspirations and symbolism in deltarune need to be talked about more as like important parts of the main story and not like a side interpretation. Why do I see more people saying papyrus knight as a joke than I do people saying Gnosticism will become (and in some ways already is) very important to this game

Had this idea recently for something called "Anti-Mage Association" where essentially when the world was smaller and the global population wasn't quite as large magical forces being kept secret was much easier but as time moves on the relative ease it takes to say a few magic words (+some varying extra steps) and the growing population/information spreading methods made it almost impossible to keep magic from the general public. So the anti-mage society and later association started in ancient times using anti-magic to nullify magics effects on the world and to generally move the world in the direction of technological wonders instead. The main story would be about an anti-mage finding a wizard in modern times. It would be a sort of detective story sorta thing all about how the anti-mage operative finds the rouge wizard he's chasing. Very SCP and TVA inspired.

Nobody understands the backrooms movie and it's driving me insane. The information you see on most reels and videos is a version of the lore you can call the wikidot continuity. That continuity is on a wiki page and has a lot of specific details and rules and levels.

This collection of stories and catalogs was inspired by the original 4-chan post

As you can see "nothing but" and "it sure as hell heard you" implies the lack of levels and existence of entities in this yellow wallpaper area. Now the wikidot is cool as hell and took aspects and from this and added it's own flair like the idea of levels or that this yellow area is level 0. The idea of no entities on level 0 is also from the wiki.

Then, extremely talented YouTuber 16 year old Kane Parsons (Pixels) made this video a few years back which majorly blew up and caused a long phase of mostly now dead backrooms brainrot content farms and backrooms mania.

He made this video after seeing only the original post, not the much more popular wiki. No levels, entities, and much less defined feel and more mysterious unknowable vibe. The video was a found footage horror type deal as I'm sure anyone reading this far down knows. Less known then the first video tho, Kane made a whole series based on this found footage style, making his own story and lore unrelated to the wikidot. THIS video series is what the backrooms movie is going to be based off. Actually, it's going to be a continuation of the series pretty much an installment in it. If I'm not mistaken I'm not actually 1000% confident in that last statement but I am in everything else!

So that should clear up any confusion with entities on level 0 or staying on level 0 the whole movie or or anything like that. People acting high and mighty and calling others fake fans and stuff piss me of sosososooss bad. If you didn't know any of this until now? Cool!!
