And the air was full of Thoughts and Things to Say. But at times like these, only the Small Things are ever said. Big Things lurk unsaid inside.

I don't want a fucking job I want to be that elegant woman you see studying in the library all day with her cat and a cup of coffee, poring over ancient texts with a maddening half-smile on her face.
Reading the song of Achilles and getting to the ending after reading the Iliad made me appreciate how beautifully written the final chapter was opposed to making me sad. Knowing how it’s going to end makes the words much more impactful and made me want to read more even after it was finished.
once i figure out how to hold a conversation, it’s friendship for you bitches

the end of dps really hurts when you realize that the boys lost their best friend AND their favorite teacher. they lost the people that gave them hope and they lost the people who helped them to enjoy life again
Ya'll keep reminding me that happens in the end >:'')
if you read, you're hot. i don't make the rules
you will find new people. you will watch more sunsets, gold and pink and yellow. you will spot endless heart-shaped clouds. you will take more polaroids of the people you love doing mundane things. you will fall in love with new works of art, discover more weird facts about the world. you will find constellations which name you had never heard of. you did it once. you can do it again.
