this is gonna be so random and wayyy to personal, but I'm rewatching New Girl at the moment. And Nick Miller feels god damn relatable. As much as I love going to Uni and knowing I'm smart enough for it, I'm thinking about dropping out. Not being able to do the stuff I should but hyperfocus on other things. Not being able to start things because I feel paralyzed. It's tiring and really frustrating. So yeah, Nick feels really relatable with his way of not being able to hold up to pressure. Just the constant feeling of having accomplished nothing in my life.

Sometimes I remember that I was introduced to fanfiction through Instagram. And not in „oh look what a cool fic I found kinda way“, no. I found out about it because people have written fanfiction in the COMMENTS of their posts. Like whole paragraphs and multiple comments because they were to long. It was actually wild, they even posted smut in those comments. So yeah my first fandom experience was 2015 on Instagram. And some of those fics were long, like over 100 pages long. Every chapter was a new Insta post.

I look back fondly at those times and I’m glad as fuck that I never have to go back there.
