Someone just submitted the 500th piece of schlock to our collection!
Good job everyone for keeping the spirit of this event alive.
I'll see you soon with some new prompts for October.
Fic: "The Accursed"
One last hurrah for paper hearts and beheaded martyrs before we get into some Ides of March follies around these parts! I’m bringing all of you a final twisted love letter for the season thanks to @patheticfangirl gifting our anti-censorship sicko brigade with Valentine’s Schlock prompts:
Read “The Accursed” now on Drive or AO3 per your pleasure!
Spring comes for Black Jack Randall in the unlikeliest of places after a long and brutal winter. When Jamie Fraser turns up on his doorstep late one evening, overcome with grief and holding a starving baby in his arms, Randall realizes he need never drink alone again. A specter of hope rises swiftly from the ashes of a birth even more disastrous than the miscarriage that nearly killed his wife Mary Hawkins. Numb from months on end of willfully snuffing out each child he sires to spare his bride’s life—and the constant tending required to keep her from taking matters into her own hands—Black Jack seizes the chance to do right by Mary and his departed brother Alex by any means necessary. If passing William off as the fruit of her own womb requires a few white lies, Randall figures he can manage to wrap them in enough truth to balance the scales. Especially if it places the devastated Highlander forever in his debt. So when Jamie attempts to collect on a bargain of his own from long ago, Jack keeps his word reliably as ever. Prepared with twisted delight in fulfillment of a Valentine’s Schlock prompt.
For additional canonical notes, peep the release posts for the six prior fics in this narrative arc: both installments of the “Blood Is Thicker” diptych; the stand-alone “Too Close for Comfort” piece; the subsequent “Carriage” diptych; and the follow-on “Her World, So Red” story. Searching the “malicious fics it” tag on my blog will always get you to my entire fic release collection handily; just click through in the hotlinked hashtags below! Looking for master content and story chronology for the “A Darker Shade of Black” universe as a whole? Hop on over to the series page on AO3 and enjoy forthwith.
Standard Dr. Compliance content warnings and disclaimers apply:
This story is both very cerebral and very explicit. If you read my other Valentine’s Schlock story for this continuity, this one includes all the gnarly intersections of menstrual kink and medical abortion between Black Jack and Mary plus exquisitely violent coupling between Black Jack and Jamie, and several dozen different instances of adults fucking with a newborn baby right next to them. Basically the taboo smutfic equivalent of one of those giant heart-shaped boxes of chocolates with every imaginable flavor of filling. Enjoy.
Expect this with the vast majority of my writings and consider yourself carefully before reading. Writing erotica is thinking on our own trauma recovery and sexual liberation, after all! For full description and content warnings, hop to the front matter in Drive or AO3. An upshot of my usual copious generosity with the written word is that you won’t accidentally get into reading the story itself if you realize from the metadata that you’d rather not venture further.
And if you do venture further, please feel free to leave feedback here! Finally, to all my fellow survivors daring to envision people who harmed us actually doing the work to make meaningful amends: I see you; you are valid; and you are verra welcome here.

Valentine's Candy Heart Threats (part 1)
Oh believe him, he would.
(part 2)
I'm not making this a big event or anything, but I am putting these prompts out there in case you need inspiration to write something trashy for Valentine's Day.
As always, all fandoms are welcome. Art is also welcome.
See original Schlocktober post for context.
The rules remain the same:
No irl bigotry, threats, etc. Your characters can be problematic as all get out, but if you try to post a weird pro-JK Rowling essay or a manifesto about overthrowing the government (as much as I'd love that right about now), you're not going in the collection. Basically, don't kill the vibes.
No AI use. If you need an LLM to write your schlock for you, consider a long walk off a short pier. If you need it to do your editing for you, use a beta reader instead. If you melt a piece of Valentine's chocolate and smear it onto a napkin, that's better than AI art.
Tag appropriately. 'Creator Chose Not to Use Archive Warnings' means anything goes. 'No Archive Warnings Apply' means your work is guaranteed not to contain any of the major archive warnings (non-con, major character death, graphic violence, or underage sex). Schlock readers deserve to be informed.
If you do write something, please add it to the Schlocktober AO3 Collection. It's our nice little archive of depravity.
If you post on tumblr or bluesky, feel free to tag me and I'll repost.
Happy Schlockentines!
new fic! written for @schlocktober valentine's day prompt "breakfast, lunch, and dinner in bed (they can't leave)" with my beloved balz and chris. i love my terrible dumbass idiots so very much.

Fic: "Take My Breath Away"
Hold on to your corset laces, fellow freaks! I’m playing Cupid all over again with a fresh bit of filth thanks to @patheticfangirl getting me on a serious tear with Valentine’s Schlock prompts:
Read “Take My Breath Away” now on Drive or AO3 per your pleasure!
Worthy intentions turn to wanton debauchery as Mary Hawkins Randall entreats her husband Black Jack for a bit of assistance with wardrobe for an upcoming wedding. Preparing to celebrate the union of Jamie Fraser and Geneva Dunsany requires a gown befitting the festive occasion, after all. But her husband’s diligent attention to ensuring a perfect fit with the closely tailored bodice of her dress proves immeasurably distracting. Mary fast finds herself favoring the dangerous game of seeing just how tightly Jack can pull those strings before she becomes entirely breathless in his grasp. Enjoying a bit of artful confectionery from a recent gift package sent by her mother only sweetens the pleasure of feeling her body bend to his will—and of watching him tend to their children when they invariably interrupt the proceedings. Of course, it takes more than a few insistent demands from tiny mouths to stop Black Jack reaping the spoils of each seed he and his late brother Alex have sown in the fertile ground of Mary’s once-waifish figure. She likes it, and asks him for more. Prepared with sticky satisfaction in fulfillment of a Valentine’s Schlock prompt.
Standard Dr. Compliance content warnings and disclaimers apply:
As with most all my fictions, this story is both very cerebral and very explicit. Every single wholesome family moment here turns horny in a heartbeat thanks to Black Jack having absolutely zero boundaries and infecting Mary with sufficient brainrot not to care overmuch. Remember when he masturbated in front of the cat in “Pictures Every Night”? Yeah…

Five Times a Son of Fëanor Came in Somebody Else’s Pants (And the Time One Didn’t)
by AnnaRobots (@annarobots)
“Findekáno’s pants smelled of wild honey, stallion sweat, and something else—something that was uniquely Findekáno. Perhaps the gooseberry pie he’d sat on.” An exercise in answering the question: how many different ways are there, actually, to come in somebody else’s pants?

Valentine's Schlock!
Misprinted Sex Coupons was too good a prompt not to use for a kobold who can't read.
I am a greedy bish and happily tippy-typing away at the Valentine's prompts, but.... any chance of getting a Tax Day prompt list? 👀 Just feels schlocky to me.
I don't think I've ever seen anyone celebrate Tax Day before, but I'll take it under consideration. XD
Fic: "Her World, So Red"
New year, new treats for all ye Randallites out there! A belated Orthodox Christmas gift became a spectacularly bloody Valentine thanks to @patheticfangirl posting some Valentine’s Schlock prompts:
Read “Her World, So Red” now on Drive or AO3 per your pleasure!
Amid the bitter chill of another winter in the Scottish Highlands, Black Jack Randall tends his young wife Mary Hawkins in a bed she almost never leaves, and reflects on the terrible price he pays each month for keeping her alive. Jack finds himself consumed by guilt and lust alike as his tastes for blood and violence mingle with the caregiving instincts his late brother Alex counted on in entreating him to wed his grieving fiancée and care for their unborn son. After burying the only child he ever got to hold and mourning countless others, Randall now ends each budding life by his own hand to spare Mary’s own. In keeping just enough hope alive to prevent disaster for his devastated bride, Black Jack clings to memories of all he once was—and a time when Jamie Fraser looked upon him with something other than pity. Yet no amount of bereavement or anguish could keep Randall from reveling in the erotic potential of all that pain and suffering. Or from doting on his children the only way he can. Prepared with loving cruelty in fulfillment of a Valentine’s Schlock prompt.
For additional canonical notes, peep the release posts for the five prior fics in this narrative arc: both installments of the “Blood Is Thicker” diptych; the stand-alone “Too Close for Comfort” piece; and the subsequent “Carriage” diptych. Standard Dr. Compliance content warnings and disclaimers apply:
This story is both very cerebral and very explicit. Basically grief-laced smut about a terrible guy cleaning up the aftermath of medical abortions with his mouth and feeling guilty about it—but not enough to stop. Black Jack spends just as much time eating his wife’s bleeding cunt and reveling in the experience as he does contemplating the horrible necessity of terminating Mary’s pregnancies to spare his life. He’s also enduringly horny about his history of physical and sexual violence with Jamie, because of course he is.
Expect this with the vast majority of my writings and consider yourself carefully before reading. Writing erotica is thinking on our own trauma recovery and sexual liberation, after all! For full description and content warnings, hop to the front matter in Drive or AO3. This might be the least schlocky I've ever gotten for schlock.
Heavy subject matter, so please take care of yourself. Mind the tags.
