I’ve had my blog for just over 5 years at this point and this is the first time I’ve bothered to make an intro post :)
But hello all! You can call me A // pronouns are she/her/hers // 20s // white // USAmerican (:/) // etcetera etcetera // blog title comes from the Decemberists song Starwatcher, header comes from their music video for their song Severed
Terfs, fascists, homophobes, transphobes, etc. are unwelcome and will be blocked

Music: The Decemberists, Lord Huron, the Longest Johns, Hozier, a bit of classical here and there, folk music and stuff with banjos
General: WWI stuff, misc. stuff I find worth being on my blog (I have low standards)
more to come as I remember them
Don’t be surprised if you see something that isn’t on that list! I also frequently reblog a lot of miscellaneous stuff and things for other fandoms from time to time. And I am VERY prone to rambling in the tags of posts.
I don’t have time to draw it right now but while driving home from the winco I saw a happy mustached man pedaling a bike, towing a cart built to look like a chariot, inside of which stood what I can only imagine was his completely expressionless 13 year old in a makeshift corinthian helmet
I reblogged this last month, tagged it, and said “might as well see if it works.” I used this video as a reference to find all the forms that i needed (which is A LOT, especially if you’re a dependent) and sent them through the mail, not really allowing myself to hope.
