Last reblog made me think, so here's my "story ideas I have daydreamed about" list (or at least, the ones I DO remember the most because you know, I barely write anything down and my memory is shit):

Not Fanfiction

The million versions of "the Romanov children survive, there's magic involved and civil war" (historical accuracy going out the window most of the times...i try)

A story about witches in a medieval European setting of which I don't remember any plot ideas, just that the main characters were named Alexios (Italian/Greek) and Naoise (Basque/British Celtic)

Arthuriana characters getting reincarnated with 0 memories into the modern world...magical boy style (written with the most basic knowledge of the legends as well as a "there's a thousand versions, who says which is the accurate one? what if all was fanfiction?" attitude)

Some historical characters become immortals as pawns in a battle of gods (once again with a "how much of what we know was what really happened?" attitude) (too eurocentric probably)

I believe there was also an inazuma eleven-style figure skating story, a kpop survival show with amateur groups and a roommates-to-lovers i barely remember the plot of (which probably got reused for the ateez figure skating au...as it also started with ✨and they were roommates✨)

Fanfiction

Kpop: there's a whole folder of stray kids and ateez aus, especially fantasy (mermaids, witches...) and at least a figure skating one. My most beloved are the extremely huge fantasy au with magical sky pirates, the skz and ateez lore-based isekai and the demon hunting magical boys. EDIT: now i'm at a very borahae time of my life so i now have a bts version of the figure skating au and they're also involved in the lore-based isekai (not the same idea, a slightly different one) and the demon hunting :D

DWK: there are 2 main ones. One I have been writing since 2014 which mixes movies (1-4) and books, has OCs and there's magic and time travel involved. The other is grown up proplayers!fabixleon (...and all the hr propaganda is giving me another reimagining...)

Saint Seiya: There's the one with OCs about the first generation of Gold Saints since the mythological era in Ancient Greece and their shenanigans and its kinda sequel which is very much a "somehow the golds are alive post-hades".

Star Wars: i had a weird duology in which "the chosen one will bring balance to the force" literally meant "he's a sacrificial pawn for the force to reset itself for the universe's wellbeing" or somewhere along those lines

+ many other ideas I have forgotten over the years (half of these have ALSO had many versions too, i can't seem to commit to a specific plot)

I would argue even further that it's a sign of skill: you can prioritize ideas and sift through your thoughts for the best/most excitung ones. Many, many people never get to that second jar at all.

Just remembered a post about how many crimes the Unbesiegbaren Sieger committed in the cartoon and now I'm asking myself 'What kind of crimes did the Movie-Kerle have to deal with?'

The Sieger physically assaulted them (namely Fabi and Leon), caused a lot of property damage to the Teufelstopf (broken goalpost and to Willi's kiosk), broke and entered into the kiosk and stole from it.

Gonzo Gonzalez stole their property (their clothes of all things) and I'm pretty sure that catapulting those stink bombs or whatever they were was also assault. Not to mention what the Flammenmützen did to Michi and to Mr. Maximilian's car. I don't know if shutting the Kerle out of the Teufelstopf counts as a crime or is just a dick move...

The Teufelstopf got vandalized between the second and third movie (by others and Vanessa), to the point where fences were broken. Making fun of preteens, like the newspaper on the kiosk did, should be criminal, if it isn't. Nerv's mother and Mr. Maximilian set out to capture / kidnap the kids (those guys were literally carrying handcuffs with them), even though they ultimately failed at it. The Biester successfully kidnapped Leon, imprisoned him in the quarry and sort of slandered him (not sure if that note counts as a crime) and Fabi pressured him into signing a contract. The contract was silly and basically meaningless, but I doubt it is legal to only let someone go if they sign a contract (I'm pretty sure the contract wouldn't be legally binding in such a case).

There aren't that many criminal actions in the fourth movie. In defense, the Wölfe aimed bows and other weaponry at them, but never actually fired. If they were allowed to have all that stuff out there would be a different question that's not relevant here. Anything that happened during the contest seemed to be aligned with the rules of Freestyle soccer and nobody got hurt (aside from Nerv's pride). The Silberlichten are... difficult to judge, at least when it comes to their interactions with the Kerle (Sorry Erik). I don't think being a deceptive bitch is against the law. You could argue that Horizon slandered Leon's name, by lying about the lack of things that happened between them. The only other thing is threatening to use that machine on the loser of their match, which is a very different action than the Wölfe protecting themselves from a perceived threat.

Fifth movie, as was already pointed out by typing-catastrophe (who tumblr won't let me @ for some reason), Blossom assaults both Leon (you can't take this child anywhere) and Maxi and took Leon with her and Darkside. I assume against his will, so he got kidnapped and imprisoned again. Granted, we don't know what happened in the following ten months, but I highly doubt that him essentially killing himself, by stepping out into the sun, wasn't caused by the vampires. Darkside trying to smash his statue... attempted murder or desecrating a dead body, take your pic, they're damn vampires and he was brought back to life in the end. Klette was imprisoned, alongside Vanessa later on. Vanessa, Raban and Joschka were sexually assaulted, imo. Darkside committed the same crime as the Silberlichten, by using the sun-cannon in their final match and by putting Leon into the sun when Vanessa was supposed to kiss him. And during this threat, Maxi was turned to stone as well. I don't know how much damage looking right into that cannon caused to Markus's eyes, but it wasn't none and you'd have to be an idiot to think that it wouldn't cause any harm (more assault). Jackyll and Hyde bit Klette, even though they failed. The only vampire who doesn't seem to have committed any crime is Düsentrieb and the only one who wasn't directly attacked by anyone is Nerv. Maybe that's why he's so happy on that DVD cover.

Okay, sorry, I really forgot about this...which unfortunately also means that I never wrote down the main bullet points of the plot sooo let's see:

annika introduces them to their former captain aka horizon's twin (cue scare bcs you know twins)

given horizon's MO, i was torn between the main issue between the twins being a love triangle or a sibling fight (i remember choosing the latter bcs love triangles are overdone but i dont remember the details)

good twin shows them the way to donnerschlag where leon and lissi undergo a test

now what are the rest of dwk doing in the meantime?

well, they have crossed beyond the mist already looking for the brothers

exactly how everyone gets together is iffy...but it ends with horizon dropping the charade and the boys getting captured and taken to the big evil's lair

leon's marking is INDEED a tracking spell so they keep tabs on the rest before striking when they get to donnerschlag

soo while leon and lissi are having fun (no) with the psycho test, the others are ambushed

the twins argue, raban and joschka manage to find a way out of their cage AND FIGHTING ENSUES

ofc the big evil is smarter and instead of joining the skirmish, they try entering donnerschlag

fabi and lara notice and come to the rescue, everyone follows

the captains pass their tests but the danger is already upon them

lissi wishes for their key to fall onto lara (cue "if you touch my sister, you'll regret" fights)

while leon wishes for it to fall onto all dwk (so the evil would have to get all of them and, given that it included both current and former, they are many and ready to put up a fight)

well, final battle ensues

now is it a battle? Is it a football battle? Who knows?

thing is they win and everyone gets transported home

how the wolves and the sternwhatever manage given all they went through is an open ending

the others are okay but dwk have decided that they had enough weird adventures for a lifetime so let's go back to play normal football

and then there was an epilogue outline in which the former dwk return home, rocce annika and felix move south and bam! new dwk is born

And well that was it, I guess :D (i'm never writing this obviously)

northern german bias, I did not think to explain that bit: so "your" football team is decided mostly by where you live, or your household (if your guardians moved and raised you in a different place you have an excuse to have an outside team as your favorite), and there is the typical local petty rivalry, but adding to all of it is that the FC Bayern is rich, they have a lot of money so they almost always win, being a fan of them when you are not from there feels like you are only a fan of them because they are rich/always winning thats distasteful, and I say that as a person who has never cared about football games and wasn't raised by people who care for football games! (for simelar reason I grew up thinking it is 'better' to be a fan of St. Pauli then of the HSV.

also yes, there is a lot to think in terms of language for Deniz & Rocce too, through german is my first lanuage so I can't say much about that
