I do love the idea of nonhuman f/os (particularly alien ones) taking an almost scientific curiosity in their human partner and tend to examine them poking and prodding and asking "what's this do?" or "how does that feel?"

Your f/o loves your natural hair. They love the smell of the products you use, they love running their hands through it, and if it's long, burying their head in it when you hug. They love watching you get ready in the morning, just as much as they love how your messy hair looks when you first wake up.

(And if they aren't a naturally self-care oriented person, they love that their own hair is probably much better taken care of now than it was before they met you)
