Sorry for disappearing I just didn't really feel like drawing or posting theses times, but anyway, I made Scythe Rand's trading card !

ARC OF A SCYTHE FANS

I’m trying to design a Scythe Curie cosplay and have been sketching out my ideas for how it would be layered. I need YOUR help to see which one of these two options you think are most correct, as fanart seems to somewhat disagree.

OPTION A:

Option A follows the “renaissance angel” description given at the very beginning of the first book, but doesn’t seem to flow (or billow) as much as I imagined them to in the books.

Also, A would be paired with this uniform underneath, just a simple tunic and leggings (described by Citra in the second book):

OPTION B:

Option B is more like a cloak which matches better with what is seen on the cover of the books as well as the flowy-ness I had imagined while reading the books. I also feel like weapons could be better concealed underneath this one.

Option B would have a bit more detailed uniform under it, something (roughly) like this:

So which option do you think suits the base Scythe uniform best??

Currently working on: hmm not much. finally started homeschool work which I'll be doing til the end of the year :D it's really good actually I can focus on English and have a lot more freedom with what work I do. I've got a fic I really need to get back to writing. Have a puzzle open on my desk, the edges and a little of the middle done. Part of a black and white striped scarf I'm crocheting - I accidentally started the new colour into the bottom stitch instead of the top one, then undid the bottom row in a way I couldn't fix with my beginner crochet skills. Unravelled about four days' work. Now while redoing it, the scarf is all wobbly and it's pissing me off to much to fix it. I'll probably unravel it (again 😫) and restart at some point, once my indignation has faded. That won't be for a while yet, though
