The whole media makes content telling the generation to love yourself but forgets to explain how to maintain balance. Many influencers talk about self-love and how one should validate themselves, but they forget to discuss how to remain humble and down-to-earth while progressing through it all.
If you love yourself to the extent of believing you deserve all attention and pleasures, there are numerous chances of getting hurt if you aren't noticed, and you might feel offended if you aren't always at the top of the list. In all of this, you might seem immature.
Maturity is realizing that not being seen can also be a blessing because you are out of the world's constant gaze. And even if you are noticed, let it be for your kindness. Being humble might make you appear small in some gatherings, but the bigger picture is not seen by small minds.
