Yesterday I started a #fitmiss stack regime and monitoring my caloric intake. I did not make it to the gym due to a myriad of excuses. Today, I WILL start a #blogilates work out calendar. No more excuses. People that work longer, harder hours than me go to the gym regularly. And by regularly, I mean twice a day. Goals for today: 1. 8 glasses of water 2. Eat appropriately 3. Work out What are your goals for today?

RIP Little Lucy

2012- July 31, 2015

I worked a twelve hour overnight shift and came home to my little Lucy lying lifeless on the floor. I love this little girl to the moon and back. My heart is hurting, but I’m glad she’s not in pain anymore.
