Where is your last name from? Sounds middle eastern.

Amil isn't my last name. Actually, my last name is far more puzzling as to where it came from. Amil is my middle name. As far as I know, it is of Sanskrit origin... however I wouldn't doubt it's used all over the Middle East as well.

Hi Segovia, how is it that you speak Spanish?

Spanish was my first language. I was raised speaking Spanish and learned English later when I began school through ESOL programs and other English classes.

Hola Segovia. Me preguntaba si sólo es posible comprar tu maravilloso libro a través de Amazon ... No puedo gastarme 24€ de una vez, desgraciadamente, pero si se pudiera comprar en librerías podría pagarlo en 2 plazos ... Es triste, lo sé ... 😔

Hola! Desafortunadamente, la única forma que tengo de destribuir el libro a escala internacional es atraves de Amazon o Barnes & Noble online. Es la forma mas economica para todos. Lo siento por la molestia. Espero que en el futuro sea más accecible! 💔

Why?

I suppose it is because I am most at ease in my own company. A great number of my experiences with others have been everything but positive. I am a magnet for "frenemies" and sociopaths and this never-ending pattern has made me very wary of making friends or even keeping in contact with anyone who could potentially be a very good friend to me. You could say I'm jaded, but given how severe and prominent it has been throughout my life, I see it now as a way of setting a boundary for my own sanity and safekeeping. I can enjoy spending a little time with an acquaintance or a family member, but that's as far as it goes — it drains my energy very quickly and I must get away to recharge quite often. I don't last very long in social settings.

Both, actually.
