Urghh I’ve finished Shingens Destiny ending *sobs* it was sad but I actually felt most bad for Yukimura that poor sweet boy! I don’t really like the destiny routes where the suitor dies because im not into modern otome games at all so even though the ending is cute it’s really just “meh” to me. also Yukimura is my second favorite character in slbp so i hated how they where just like “oh yeah he died in a battle too lmao” now im gonna read Nobunaga’s act to destiny ending! D:

‘The Red Mark that Shines in the Dark Night’ event

This is an AU story. You live in a village that was attacked by vampires 20 years ago which left you orphaned. You have no memory of the attack. You were then adopted together with an older boy who was orphaned as well. That boy is your beloved ‘nii-san’ Noel, who is now the village priest.

Everyone in the village is anxious that the vampires might attack again, so there’s this team of vampire hunters led by Yukimura. Yuki sort of crashes his way into the church one day while you and Noel are having lunch which well, scares the hell out of you! XD;; Yuki is low on holy water and has come for a refill. You help him fetch some from the church well!! Have they blessed the whole well??

Anyway, that evening, you go to visit this oji-san who treats you like a granddaughter, but his house is completely dark and when you enter his bedroom, you find two vampires there - Will and Keith. Will comes over, lifts you up and hypnotizes you or something as you soon lose consciousness.

When you awake, you’re at the vampires’ castle where you meet the Vampire King, Nobunaga. After some discussion, Nobunaga decides to make you his new servant and tells his other servant, Yamato (who is half vampire and rather touchy about that fact… and Keith likes teasing him about it) to teach you the ropes.

So you end up rooming with Yamato and soon learn more about vampires and how they aren’t as scary as you’ve been taught to believe. And you learn that Nobunaga has forbidden the killing of humans ever since he ascended the throne.

One morning, there’s a huge commotion outside the castle. The vampire hunters led by Yukimura have come to attack the vampires and rescue you! Will and Keith lead the vampires into battle. Yuki gets seriously injured… Yamato then decides to help you escape and return to the village. However, you run into Nobunaga. Fortunately, he lets you go though he does warn Yamato that he’ll be severely punished for breaking the rules when he gets back. Yamato leads you to the village gates but then you hesitate as you worry about what might happen to him. Yamato just smiles and brushes it off.

You hurry back to the church were Noel nii-san is overjoyed to see you. He hugs you tightly and the story ends.

The famous legend of the built-in-one-night Sunomata Castle!

As the story goes, many Oda retainers as been tasked to build a castle there at Sunomata. However, the warriors of the region attacked them and so they were unable to complete the task.

Hideyoshi then offered himself up for the job. Having already made connections with Hachisuka Koroku, who has major influence in the area, Hideyoshi had segments of the required building material built constructed upstream. The segments then was floated down the river, and assembled on the desired site like an Ikea furniture. The actual time taken to finish this building is speculated to be anywhere between one week to 50 days.

This is more or less just a temporary establishment. Even though it says “castle”, it isn’t anything impressive. An approximation of what it had looked like:

Just a big encirclement with a few rudimentary huts inside.

Once the area was secured, the castle is later rennovated to become a proper structure.

Pro tip from a former Jared’s salesperson: You want a sparkly white rock that will look like a diamond to the untrained eye and will literally cost the price of a nice dinner for two? Created white sapphire. They’re lab grown and cost *pennies* to make, so you can get a 1 or 2 carat white sapphire for like… $30-80 probably. You can get one as huge as you like, perfectly clear, perfectly flawless. And no one will ever be able to tell the difference except a professional appraiser. Also, sapphires are the second-hardest gemstone (right after diamonds) so they are very durable! Very unlikely that they’ll chip or crack. Get that bitch set in sterling silver and you are GOOD TO GO. Whole thing should cost you less than $200 unless you get a fancy band with a lot of extra stones. Of course, created sapphires come in every color of the rainbow, so if you want something more exciting than plain white, you TOTALLY CAN.
