Dearest Bloggers, If you’re still sensitive to certain Unpleasant Images that make your stomach turn when 🧛🏼 appears beside C, I kindly ask you not to scroll any further.
Incidentally, I used to have a severe allergy to That Character, too.
In fact, I used to censor his photos on this blog by covering his face with bouquets of flowers.
Thankfully, I’m cured now because you can't stay angry at something that's basically fiction.
In fact, I even feel a little sorry for 🧛🏼. He bats for another team yet is forced to play a role that goes against his nature. That must be uncomfortable, so his lack of enthusiasm is hardly surprising.
All right, enough talking.

I think I’ve made this post long enough for those who can’t handle Certain Unpleasant Images to quietly exit.

So let’s proceed.
Which photo shows that fresh, youthful kind of infatuation, the kind that makes you float off the ground and gives you butterflies in your stomach?
And which one shows C. perched on her gay friend’s lap because there weren’t enough seats at their table in the pub?

Or perhaps because she has that easy, affectionate shorthand with her gay friends?
I cannot shake the feeling that trying to create a grand, sweeping love story between C. and T. based on one short clip and one photograph, neither of which reveals anything, is an ambitious undertaking.

P.S. And lastly, I simply must repeat that ancient, ancient fandom theory: that back in 2014–2015, C.’s good friend Donal Brophy was actually dating 🧛🏼, which, allegedly, is how 🧛🏼 even ended up appearing in C.’s official biography in the first place.
Notice how the entire supposed “documentation” of the early days of the supposed C.–T. relationship comes straight from Donal Brophy’s Instagram.
If that doesn’t make you raise an eyebrow… then I truly don’t know what will.
…and now I shall retreat to swoon over yesterday’s throwbacks from twelve years ago.
