Hello, I'm Senn (he/they), cosplayer and nerd. I'm a being of compassion and logic, creating in my own little corner to bring my favourite characters to life.

My joy in cosplay is rooted in accuracy and attention to detail, while also putting my own personal spin on a character. I love textures and hand stitching!

This blog is primarily for sharing my cosplay work, with a side of various (mostly fandom) reblogging if the mood strikes me. Expect to see BG3, Dragon Age, LOTR, and M*A*S*H, among others.

Gale has gotten an upgrade with new boots!

I was never totally satisfied with my original ones - I thrifted them before I knew how much Gale would mean to me, and while they’re very nice boots, they’re just not up to snuff these days.

So I decided to treat myself as a belated birthday gift to some Armstreet boots, and then promptly took them apart to modify them 🤣 Changed the shape a little, re-did all the tabs/lacing, added some contrast colour.

Having these much more accurate (and comfortable) boots really feels like I’ve filled in a missing piece of this cosplay, and I’m thrilled with how they turned out.

(Genuinely serious addendum - PLEASE no ‘Gale eating boots’ comments/jokes. I am so, so tired of them and of people treating that as his entire character.)
