Jaehee informed you about the projects coming to a standstill soon, and you were beyond happy, not realizing that your last note was a love letter, expressing how you missed him, a need to kiss him, and just being in his presence (while you're awake).

And here you are today, in the elevator, going to your husband's office for your lunch date after he called you this morning after reading your note(letter).

Your feet buzzed with excitement, and impatience to see him made you stand on your tip toes.

Reaching the mahogany door of his office, you knocked on the door in a rhythm. Immediately, the door opened, revealing a tired Jaehee walking out of the office with a stack of files in her hands.

"Hi!" You greeted, getting a grin from her.

"A very good afternoon to you too, MC! He's waiting inside." You nodded eagerly, immediately skipping inside and closing the door behind you.

Hunched over his desk, he looked up, hand keeping his phone on his ear. "Yes yes, Mr. Kim. We're looking forward to our meeting in two hours." He hung up.

"Husband," you walked around his desk, turning his chair to face you and wrapping your arms around his neck, pulling him close.

Second instance that happened on the same day. It was when you wanted to visit the washroom at the location. you started walking alone, since Jaehee seemed busy.

All of a sudden, you were slammed into the wall. As you were about to scream for help, his voice calmed you down.

"Shh.. it's me." You open your eyes, his hands on your sides, resting on the wall. Your eyes widened, feeling his breath on your lips. His eyes staring in yours.

"Jumin... I-I'll pass out." You breathed out, unable to use your voice.

"Unlike her..? I'll call the doctor right away." Jaehee pulled out her phone, searching the phonebook.

"There would be no need. I-I'll have Driver Kim drop us to the hospital." Jumin stated, clearing his throat after.

"B-but-"

"If you'll excuse me.." Jaehee nodded, questioning back would cost her her job. Although it was sudden, Jaehee took note of the situation as she headed back to the rest of the RFA.

You felt the shuffling beside you, you always do, every morning, a side that is always left cold, till the dawn.
