@rooted-clangen may i introduce Queen Tangerine Quartz, the leader of The Fog Colony
Tangerine Quartz, upon finding Rootkit, would take her back to her colony and raise Rootkit as her own daughter together with her mate, Lavender. Rootkit would be raised as royalty and the daughter of a goddess, surrounded by a loving new family and her new brother and sister, Kaki and Snowfall. Her adoptive grandmother would happily teach little Rootkit about being a doctor, but would also end up teaching her to never trust the clans whatsoever. Her adoptive brother, Kaki, would encourage her to pull pranks on the clans as well, and Tangerine Quartz would let her get away with it. She would probably end up losing the "kit" part of her name, as The Fog believes no cat should ever have to prove themselves to the point where they have to earn their own name, and she would be allowed to change it freely. Rootkit would also end up bonding with a bird of any sort, a standard practice in The Fog.
