Designed this for a friend’s birthday. The box contained a USB which contained ‘The Wind Rises’. This was fun.

Design by Evil Corp for an as-yet unproduced vinyl figure of director Stanley Kubrick, specific to the period of time he was making The Shining. Sweater inspired by the iconic carpet outside Room 237.

So there was a poster design competition at our university for a conference that is being organized. I’ve missed the deadline by nearly a month (lol), but I am somewhat proud of how this has turned out. I stitched images from Google Maps into one, and added some color for effect. Ended up learning quite a few handy tricks while designing this. Let’s see what happens.

Made this for a friend’s birthday. Used this website to get a template for the box which made sure that the dimensions were spot on and the box was not lopsided or deformed. Also, covered it with the pattern from The Shining. Everything looked gorgeous on completion.

The box contained a memory card (and a reader) which in turn contained, surprise surprise, The Shining and The Suburbs by Arcade Fire.
