So hear me out. This can be fixed. Bishop came from the universe where in “One Man’s Worth” showed Magneto and Gambit still being alive. Yes he re wrote the timeline based off of Charles death in the past but what if when/if Cable re-writes the timeline again to save whomever was the catalyst to start the war- he can both save magneto and gambit.

Cause in one man’s worth we saw gambit as a cyborg. Now there has to be a time jump cause how could we get from Madlyn leaving the mansion to months after. So storm comes back with forge in tow and forge is able to give gambit upgrades and bring him back. Causing him to become a cyborg the one out of Bishops timeline. So there is a way for us to bring back gambit.

Or I’m just delusional and I’m grasping at straws and this is my only way of grieving after Ep 5.

So also wouldn’t be a post if I didn’t try and ty in my all time favorite ship that never happens RoLo (Storm “Ororo” and Wolverine “Logan”) because they all manifested from the previous timeline in One Man’s Worth. Yep grasping at major straws here.

Anyway I’m looking for a Zutara fic where Azula has a redemption arc but it could be a slow burn or one of the kids basically gives her love to bring her back.
