hot take but i absolutely hate thunderbolts shipping.

i see them more as some dysfunctional family rather than a group of characters to be shipped.

and i hate walker so i refuse to let him be shipped with anyone anyway.

i dont like boblena because i fully view them as siblings and i prefer bishova. the same logic applies for ava and yelena being shipped, bishova is just peak.

i also hate sentry walker because the relationship between bob and john is just walker bullying him, he was literally ready to let bob die in the vault because he didn’t like him. also it’s john walker so obviously i dont like the ship.

i’ve seen some people ship bucky and walker which is not a good ship in my opinion, because firstly: stucky exists. secondly: sambucky exists. thirdly: it’s john walker.

every time i see a thunderbolts ship my heart breaks slightly… this may just be me tho. i hate the ships.

winter soldier is the best movie because you got steve and natasha uncovering a government conspiracy, sam getting roped into said government conspiracy because he was nice to captain fucking america, nick fury fucking dying (he gets better), bucky (WHOSE NAME IS ON THE TITLE) has at most 10 lines and doesnt know what the fuck is going on and still manages to aurafarm, the creeping realization that we will allow fascist ideals into our worldview if we justify it, new jersey mention, and also it is a freeze frame bonus that bucky killed jfk. insane fucking movie. i love it so much.

SPOILERS FOR FRESH!!

i find it so interesting that fresh is a movie that uses cannibalism as a representation for real victims because people have become so desensitised to the horror stories of said victims and that, to bring about a real raw response from the audience that can cause genuine disgust, they had to use cannibalism as a metaphor.

it could also represents how women are sometimes seen as ‘just a meal’ for men and how they are objectified to literally just something to eat and be picked at, it’s so revolting dude. this movie makes me feel sick to my stomach, i love the levels to it and the exploration of the horrors of modern dating.

also HUGE props to daisy edgar-jones, her panic attack at the start genuinely felt real and to sebastian stan for always playing such horrifying characters, can this man have one mentally stable role 😭

so i was rewatching catws with my cousin and i realised something, steve stole specifically the suit that would have been the last suit bucky saw him in when he fell off the train…
