Shea nodded and stood up. 

She gets up and follows him. “Okay, so, what shall we do?”

“Well then lets clock out and do something!”

Shea nodded and stood up.

“I guess not… I don’t know, I’m boring. I don’t do much, and I mean there are topics I’m passionate about, but nothing that I’m passionate about doing, you know?”

“That’s really unfortunate.”

jfc-mason:

“The crazy things we do for our sisters, huh?” Mason joked.

“Crazy?” 

[shea-hoyt]

ryanhoyt:

Ryan skips in to find her brother at his desk. “Hey, so, you busy today?” She asks, sitting on it. Because I just kinda wanna go sledding. I found a great hill that we can just zoooooooom down.”

“Me? Busy? I don’t think that there’s any such thing.” Shea chuckled.

“I realize that. I’m an incredibly narrow person. I mean, I judged every person who owns a pet until my own came to me.”

“How tragic.”

“I don’t know, I mean, I’m sure I do have one. I just can’t think of anything right now,” she said with a smile.

“If it doesn’t come to the forefront of your mind, can it really be considered a passion?” 

[shea-hoyt]

jfc-mason:

“My sister is here,” he explained briefly. “I kind of skipped out on her for a few years while I traveled and that wasn’t fair to her, so I decided to come back here and stay for a little. What about you?”

“The concept intrigued me. Plus my sister, too, was here. So...here I am.”

“For what, may I ask?” 

“Travel for one. I’ve been to each state, but I feel like I need to keep going. I don’t know, I’m addicted I guess,” he said with a smile. “I’m also wanting to get back into playing the guitar.”

"If you like to travel, then why have you agreed to confine yourself to this community?" Shea looked curious.

“Hmmm…yeah. Perhaps.” 

“I mean, if I could, I would turn my passions in to hobbies, but I don’t… Really have a passion,” she said honestly.

"How tragic. If you have no passion then what keeps you going?"

“So do you ever fly kites? I know some see it as child’s play, but there is nothing wrong with that.” 

“I don’t fly kites, not because I think they’re child’s play, but I guess I’ve just never tried it. I don’t want to though.”

"That's incredibly narrow of you. Though, no one will force you too."

“You uh.. you fly them often?”

“Not as often as I wish.”

“I guess I can relate, but not with kite flying… I mean, I do have ticklings too.”

“For what, may I ask?”

“Yeah, I think so too. I mean, sometimes your passion just just be a hobby.”

“Hmmm...yeah. Perhaps.”

“I mean… no? You don’t need one but I still wanted to ask. You don’t have to answer, I’m just curious.”

“I don’t really have a reason as to why. it’s just one of those things that you feel you need to do.”
