2. Begin to feel the placement of everything around you in your DR bedroom using proprioception. Not visualising, just feeling and knowing that, "yes my bed is here and my closet is there, I am laying next to the open window, I can feel the breeze on my face..."

3. Accept that you are here right now, in your DR. Relaxing and taking a nap. Maybe you're laying beside your s/o, maybe you feel the bed move as they change their sleeping position. Just enjoy the relaxation and the feeling of peace that comes with it. Do you have a chore to complete later in your DR? You'll do it after this nap... you feel oh so comfortable. It would be a shame to get up... Now you're thinking like your DR self, role playing a nap. Which is good! Its what we are going for.
4. From here you have two options:
a) Actually fall asleep, and it doesn't matter where you wake up. What matters is that you were in your DR while you were sleeping even if you open your eyes to your CR, you know what you experienced.
Or
b) Open your eyes when you feel ready and no matter what reality you are seeing now, accept the fact that just now you were in your DR and you were taking a nap there.

Song Associated Shifting
On the days when shifting felt too overwhelming and methods were just more unwanted baggage, I would use music.
I would put on a floaty song, think Stray.wav, Let it happen, sdp Interlude, etc (all slowed and reverbed lol). Then I would close my eyes and pretend that the music was guiding me into my DR.
Either that or thinking that the music was levelling me up somehow and making shifting easier for me. I know it sounds silly but it genuinely worked. I would sit there thinking, "its working. I can feel myself shifting 🤩" Just using the music as kind of a power up.
It was fun too. I would get super into it and not even realise that I had shifted already. The only problem was that I would get startled and panic and then purposely shift back. Still working on that though.

Your brain is a prediction model:
1);you experience something.
2) it gets stored as memory.
3) The brain will pull from that memory to predict an outcome in the correct context.
In context:
You try a manifestation technique and it works.
it gets stored as a memory.
Your assumption onwards is that "This technique works".
Great but Neville taught to CHANGE assumptions.
And how did he teach it? Exactly how science teaches it: consistent, low dose pattern interruption. Your brain updates best in frequency over intensity.
Neville taught this himself in one of his lectures: every hour, return to the state. (Through visualisation)
Updating your brains prediction model
Your brain updates best based on small, repeated error signals.
rampaging 15 minutes a day is less effective than 1 affirmation an hour even if it technically means you get less affs in. Why? Because Option A interrupts ONCE, the rest of the day you are on the old model. Option B consistently interrupts it.
Why visualising works
The brain can't tell apart memory vs imagination.
meaning: the brain can form assumptions from imagination just like memory.
feel it real=most people get this wrong
Feel it real=feel it familiar. Thats what Neville meant. The idea that its so natural you simply act as if/embody. (Living in the end)
Prediction model updates on exposure, not emotional intensity. The brain doesn't need intensity to learn. But it does need frequency to memorise
prediction conflict: If you try to feel (gaslight yourself as) hot while you're brain is going "I'm ugly", this creates a mismatch. Your brain responds by HEIGHTENING self-awareness to "ugly" parts of yourself to overcome this mismatch and validate itself. Thats why people spiral.
Great. We have half the puzzle.
Visualise every few hours a day.
No need to "feel it real". Everyone rushes it when its meant to come NATURALLY. It might even feel uncomfortable initially.
In fact, I'd argue that if your visualisations feel flat/underwhelming, GOOD. It means the novelty has worn off, you're brain is starting to get used to the concept and it no longer feels like a far fetched fantasy, its starting to feel a bit more normal. But obviously- if you feel something, embrace it. Go off. It means you are immersed enough for your brain to snapshot the details vividly.
Half of you spiral because you are trying to overriding biology. Neville didn't teach that. He never said, "force happiness forever". He simply said to tap into the state frequently and eventually you'll feel it real enough to be living in the end.
And the other half of the puzzle?
Imagine this: Have you ever affirmed "I am -" and within 2 seconds, your brain fired back an automatic response "No you're not"? Some people try and supress it. Some people try and argue with it. Guess what- the most powerful answer? Do NOTHING.
Doubt=a prediction
Predictions are generated automatically. It isn't an alarm something isn't working. Its detection on something thats happened in the past.
supression doesn't work: the brain treats that as feedback and activates its threat system because youve given it emotional charge. You're basically telling it: doubt means something so we gotta keep it down and its basically going: got it. This most be important then. Keep tabs.
And how to stop it?
"notice it, let it happen, let it pass" protocal: you stop feeding it. The prediction loses fuel eventually. Prediction dies off.
It is a neuropathway after all. And neuropathways thrive on activation. But a neuropathway won't activate itself if it gets no interaction. Oh and the brain disassembles it when its "useless" enough because its no longer being activated enough so it weakens.
This correlates with Neville's words: the old state dies of disuse.
So yes. Let it happen. Let it have its final moments. Whatever you do though, DON'T ARGUE WITH IT. DON'T COUNTER AFFIRM IT.
Put it all together
Visualise a few times a day. Can be morning, afternoon, night. Or every few hours.
No conditions, except POV. Let the brain get uncomfy. Let the thoughts go "What? No way, this isn't real." Let it OBSSESS over every detail on how this is "unrealistic".
Go about the rest of your day as NORMAL.
Let the doubt come. Let it happen and let it pass. Notice it, but don't take action against it. It will go itself.
And your progress?
You start tapping into the state more frequently, NATURALLY.
The visualisations will start feeling familiar, maybe normal. Your brain is starting to feel it REAL, feeling it FAMILIAR.
With enough exposure, your brain stores it as a memory. Then? You NATURALLY and SIMPLY live in the end.
And the outcome?
After all that work, give yourself a pat on the back. Your desire is yours.
Good job, wrap it up everyone. No need to wonder "Am I doing this right" anymore. No need for "How to stop spiralling" and for goodness sake please delete that "does manifestation work?" Draft post because what I just described, is Neville's ways of manifestation with a scientifically backed expanation.

This is my opinion btw- feel free to disagree! Scientifically, our prediction models are the same but that doesn't meab our assumptions are! If a completely wild out of pocket technique works for you, then it works.
ㅤㅤꪮꫀ omg the void state is so fucking easy I'm going to throw up y'all please don't overthink it I'm so serious I've been +4 times on it no exaggeration today pls. Theta waves because I don't fall asleep on that (brown noise makes me fall asleep and the rest make my ears hurt) earbuds close eyes lay down (sitting made my back hurt so I couldn't relax) meditate. But like. Meditation is not take 89 or 70 breaths and keeping your mind still. No. It's just looking at your thoughts pass. You can even be like "oh so that's wrong" or like, talk inside your head about thoughts. No need to be "silent". That's it. Relax and do that and you're in. That's it. I'm so serious I'm going to throw up I didn't remember it so easy oh my god.

♡ library : a large library with your desired books, books that contain your desired knowledge and books that contain information about your desired realities. you can also find your scripts and certain memories there. you can read or edit scripts, check details about your realities, or just read your favorite books. you can also have a librarian as a guide.
♡ food & spa : a reality where you get your desired food, drinks and tons of massage! you can have hot springs, therapy rooms and anything else that makes you feel relaxed. you can summon desired squishies, slimes and fidget toys as well. there are also people or beings who you can rant or tell your problems to.
♡ forest : a forest where you can travel, interact with (magical) animals, shift to your realities through rivers & more! you can ground yourself, listen to birds, bathe in rivers and basically live like a nymph for a while. you can also have a cozy cabin where you can just relax.
♡ cinema : a reality where you can watch absolutely any media you want, and alternate versions of them created according to your desires (an au of a movie where it ends in a different way and such). you can also watch trailers of your desired realities before you shift to them. you can also invite people so you can watch stuff together!
♡ art gallery : a reality where you can view your desired realities as paintings, and shift to them by entering the painting! you can also shift to a waiting room where different places in your desired reality and different dr selves are paintings; including art of you and your s/o & stuff like that!

what is the void state and how to get there

hi, for those who don’t know me, my name is beau and i have shifted, manifested, went to the void, astral projected, everything you can imagine at this point. i want to help my fellow beautiful beings to also achieve this because shifting, and everything else, found you for a reason. us, in the sense of the big sisters of the “shifting community” and such, aren’t here to brag about what we have achieved, we are here to help you achieve it as well and let you know it will be achieved. please know there are countless ways to reach the void state, but this is one of them, and i have used many, what works for some, might for you, or might not. i personally use some other methods to get into the void that i can share as well, but i saw some of these ideas on other pages, and decided to give a 101 on getting to the void for baby shifters and manifesters. i will be making more void method posts and etc on how i personally achieve the void state later, but this is “what most people” do, so here it is. everything is different for everyone. so, without further ado, let’s get started on today’s post!

first off
what is the void state?
the void state is a deep meditative state in which you are nothing but your own consciousness. in the void, you are completely detached from the 3d, the physical world that our eyes and brains present to us. you are nobody with no physical form and attachments. you simply are. which is why some people also use the “i am” method for getting to the void state, because in this state, you just are. the void state is one that can be accessed by anyone, or can be reached by anyone, because that is our true form.
confusing? i know, i was too. let me explain a bit deeper. entering the void state is actually a very ancient technique used by the ones before us, to get to our true state, which is the void state. in beliefs like hinduism, buddhism, and other secular traditions, the goal of the void state is to remove illusion(s) and transcend our ego so we can reach the void state itself, our true nature and essence.
when entering the void state, you are transcending your ego and entering back into the consciousness of your soul, where all is one. that’s where the “you just are” or “you are nothingness” comes from. because that’s what you literally are. everything and nothing all at once. the void state is the state of our true essence, where you just are, to say in very short terms. it’s good to understand what your going into, so it’s easier to be in. if this is confusing, you can find some videos to help if needed!

how does one enter the void state?
here is a simple method to get you in the void state, but keep in mind it is you ultimately who is the one achieving the goal of being in that state, the same applies to shifting. it isn’t the method, it’s you. stop giving it all the credit.
1. play a subliminal, black/white noise, or theta waves (optional) i personally enjoy subliminals. one that many say is good is let go - enter the void state by someone i forgot the name of. just put that in search in the first one you see is most likely the one i’m talking about.
by having background noise, this can keep you focused and keep you from sleeping in the middle of your method.
2. set intention. this is an important step most people just skip because they think its pointless because your doing a method. it’s not pointless. and it works much better than you might perceive. for me personally, the way i like to do most things is just set intention, but for new shifters, or others, putting in some effort might seem good, which is why you can do this step by step if wanted.
intention can be as simple as “i will enter the void”. just saying that. it can be that simple. but let it be strong, and let go. letting go, in the sense that you let it happen. do not force anything. everything will fall into place, because it has for others and me. it will for you as well. do not force the void, just let go and trust that you will enter it.
3. get in a comfortable position. i personally like to just lay down as if i’m going to sleep on something comfortable! i love using my bed, all the time, but if you prefer something different that is completely fine as well.
4. relax your body. many people like to skip right to the “counting” and the thousand sayings of “i am”. no. just, be. you just are, so act that way. relax your body. yes i know it’s easier said than done, but you can do it. focus on your breath, and relax your body well. this might take a couple minutes, so don’t rush it. in order to enter the void, you must be calm.
5. keep on focusing on breath and being calm until you feel symptoms. what are symptoms? for those who don’t know, they are the effects of shifting or doing methods. they aren’t aftereffects, they are effects that happen in the present moment, but do not be afraid, they don’t hurt, for me personally feel good, and mean that you are almost there. do not get too excited though since this can bring your state of focus and calmness down. just let symptoms pass through and let them be. you are entering the void right now, symptoms don’t matter, they’re just there. you might feel tingly, numbness on your full body or certain areas, lightness or floating, heaviness, etc.
this is a state that is called SAT, or state akin to sleep. you will have urges to itch certain areas, roll over, or move a lot, but do not. moving is okay, but it can feel as if you have lost progress, so it is better to not move for the sake of progress and feeling calm and centered. just ignore these symptoms and urges as best you can and focus on your breathing and the void itself.
6. continuation. as you get closer to the void, it can be different for everyone, you can affirm, repeating affirmations such as
- “i am in the void”
- “i am pure consciousness”
- “i am the void”
- “the void is my true nature”
etc
when affirming it is important to at least try and believe or believe fully on what you are saying. of course it is different for everyone though. but from my perspective, if you don’t understand what you’re saying, why are you saying it? so if anyone wants any explanations on affirmations and certain ones feel free to ask and i may make a post on those as well.
you may also visualize. no. not your dr. i know it’s a urge, some people use the void, as do i, to shift to my dr, but when your doing a method to go to the void, you stay loyal. your going to the void, not your dr. do not skip steps, go to the void first, then, in the void, you may shift there if wanted. i like to visualize my consciousness flying in somewhere like space and try to envelop myself as my consciousness, which is what we all are and what i am. remember, consciousness does not look like like a human. conscious just is, it does not take our form. i like to visualize my consciousness as a floating ball of light with sparkles around it! mine is a mix of blue and yellow since it helps me connect with everything about myself and my dr selfs more, along with the void.
you may also visualize yourself, your current self, sitting in a meditative position, with a light going out your forehead, and has you breath and focus, that light either envelopes your body, or dims, and then brightens again. you can use whatever feels right to you.
keep doing this until you are in the void.

how do you know if you’re in the void?
good question, my pupil. honestly, for me and for others, you usually just know. but for anyone new, it can be different. ultimately, it is different for everyone, but you feel a sense of calmness and understanding wash over you. you are usually in a fully pitch black setting. you can also feel a sense of calmness and nothingness, or just nothingness. since that’s what the void is. nothingness.
again, my starlights, the key to doing anything, is to just let go. i know that’s confusing, but it doesn’t have to be. letting go is trusting yourself that you will have the outcome you desire and deserve. that is letting go. it’s letting your conscious do the work for you, because ultimately, you don’t have to. that’s my personal method. but anyways, shifting and entering the void state, manifesting, and all things linked to that are yours. do what you please with it because it’s yours.
some people make things like “entering the void state” super complicated. even the things i said could be complicated and confusing. it doesn’t have to be. that’s why i tried making it simple, and i really hoped that helped. it’s all simple. it really is as easy as breathing, and you will found out that soon!

''Just shift,'' but it's like expecting a dog to sit without ever teaching it what the command means. It's not like the dog cannot sit, it does it all the time, every single day, but if it has never related the word ''sit'' to the action, then how is it supposed to know.
Some figure it out really quickly, some don't, and like shifting, it's often harder to teach a trick to a dog who has already been shaped by its surroundings.
Doing it is not the issue, the issue is doing it when you expect it. It has no use telling someone to ''just shift,'' when they haven't ever done it before, all it will do is cause frustration
ive shifted thrice and entered the void twice but something that someone said that clicked for me TODAY was “shifting is literally like breathing. when you think about breathing, it becomes uncomfortable and kinda hard to do” tell me that’s not the clearest thing ever

the dream method
… you are currently in a dream
this is for the anon in my inbox asking about methods. inspired by @hrrtshape anti method, which lives forever in my mind like a spellbook. this is my version. and it works. like wake-up-in-your-dr works.
you’re not stuck. you’re not trying to shift. you’re not reaching. you’re just dreaming.
this whole place, your current reality? it’s a dream. you are asleep in your dr, safe and warm and home. and this life you think you’re living is just your dream self walking through a fog. a little movie you’re watching behind your eyelids.
so what do you do?
you don’t fix the dream. you don’t analyse is. you don’t wait for it to suddenly vanish. you wake up.
you tell yourself: this is a dream. i’m dreaming. i’m already in my dr. i’ve woken up from this dream.
and you don’t give in to the thoughts that push back. you don’t explain yourself to the voice that’s telling you no. you just keep going. keep affirming.
why does this work? because your subconscious is always listening.
and it doesn’t care if you’re screaming your affirmations or whispering them in your sleep. it’s not looking for emotions. it’s not analysing how “real” it feels. it’s just responding to the story you keep telling.
so when you tell it “i’m in a dream. i’m already there” again. and again. and again…
your subconscious says: okay.
you do not need to visualise.
you do not need to feel anything.
you do not need to “connect” to your dr.
you do not need to wait for a sign or a symptom.
you just need to decide. “i’m already there.” not because it feels real. not because you believed perfectly. but because you said so. that’s enough. your subconscious doesn’t care if your voice is shaky. it doesn’t check for proof. it just follows the dominant assumption.
and the more you assume it, the more it settles into place. the less resistance, the less confusion. until your eyes open, and they open in the right world. you didn’t earn it. you didn’t force it. you just woke up.
✨ this is a dream. about time you woke up, don’t you think?
Law Of Polarity And The Paradox Of “Lack” In LOA
To start this off sweetly, let’s start with a question:
What if the very reason you notice you don’t have something… is because you already have it somewhere within you?
I understand you may be tired and have heard of this concept, but I’m here to tell it in a different lens in hopes of making it click.
Imagine walking into a room and saying, “The piano isn’t here.”
Why would you say that unless you already knew what a piano looked like, sounded like, felt like? You wouldn’t feel the absence of a piano unless you already held the memory or concept of its presence.
You have to know something to know it’s missing.
In the same way, your experience of “lack” is the echo of a deeper knowing, an intuitive awareness that something is already yours, just not materialized in this slice of experience.
So when you say, “I don’t have love. I don’t have money. I don’t have freedom.”
You are unintentionally acknowledging that, at a subconscious level, you already recognize what those things feel like.
Otherwise, you wouldn’t even crave them. Craving is a compass toward an already-known state.
This is you, as God of your reality, becoming aware of what you’ve already accepted in your 4D, your imagination, your internal world, the place where all creation begins. But we already know this, right?
In this 3D plane, we live in a reality of duality, everything has an opposite.
Hot/cold. Night/day. Abundance/lack.
The Law of Polarity teaches that both poles always coexist. They are inseparable. You can’t have one without the potential of the other.
So when you are experiencing lack, you’re not in a state where abundance is nonexistent. You’re simply tuned to the side of the coin that broadcasts “absence.”
But the presence is still there, just outside your current focus.
It’s not gone. It’s not impossible.
It’s simply the other side of the frequency band.
Like switching channels on a radio, you’re just hearing static on 98.7 when your desired song is on 105.3. You don’t doubt the song exists, you just adjust the dial.
This means:
→ Your desire and its absence are happening simultaneously.
→ The difference between them isn’t time. It’s state.
→ And the creator—you—decides which state becomes dominant in your reality.
Because in LOA, you are not a passive observer. You are the operant power.
This is where we stop playing small.
You’re not a human hoping the universe will be generous.
You are the universe. The God of your own experience.
And the moment you imagine something, see it in your mind’s eye, feel it in your body, accept it as true, you’ve created it in the 4D.
The fourth dimension is the realm of assumption, imagination, the unseen, but it is just as real as the 3D.
In fact, it’s more powerful, because it’s where all 3D manifestations spring from. You bring each unseen creation to be seen.
Your job isn’t to make it “real.” It is real.
Your job is to persist in the knowing, the assumption, the embodiment, until it reflects out.
And when it doesn’t show up immediately?
That’s not a problem. That’s a delay in reflection, not in creation. Even then, there doesn’t even need to be a delay if you decide it doesn’t.
Because in 4D, it’s already done.
Let’s zoom in on the word state.
In the teachings of Neville Goddard and many metaphysical frameworks, a “state” is more than just a mood.
A state is an identity + assumption that radiates out and forms your world like a 3D printer.
If you’re living in the state of “being someone who is still trying to get,” then your world mirrors that back.
If you’re in the state of “someone who already is and already has,” your world shifts to match that blueprint.
The shift is internal first. The outer has no choice but to follow.
The error most people make is trying to manifest from lack. But what if, instead, you reinterpreted your lack as evidence that the desire exists and is already connected to you?
What if you walked in the state of, “This thing I want is mine in 4D, and this current moment is just a loading screen, not a rejection”?
A lot of resistance stems from believing the thing you want is far away.
Emotionally, financially, physically, spiritually, not here yet.
But distance is an illusion rooted in time, and creation doesn’t obey time. It obeys assumption, state, and resonance.
The universe isn’t withholding your desire from you.
There is no gatekeeper.
Because again—you’re the source of it all.
Once you drop the sense of separation “that thing is out there, and I’m here” you collapse the distance.
You step into unity. And when you’re no longer reaching for your desire but resting in it, you experience it, either instantly or with remarkable speed.
Let me fill your mind with more: the sensation of lack is the shadow cast by something already real.
Lack is not an enemy. It is a pointer. A contrast. A teacher.
It’s saying:
“Look. You feel this hunger because you already know the flavor. You crave this thing because your soul already touched it.”
When you start interpreting your current circumstances as signs of what’s unfolding, not signs of what’s impossible, you shift the entire structure of your identity.
You stop reacting to the 3D and begin creating from the 4D.
So What Do You Do With This?
You stop trying to manifest from desperation.
You stop viewing absence as a wall, and start seeing it as fog slowly lifting to reveal what was always there.
You shift your internal conversation from:
“Why isn’t it here yet?” to “Ah. I’m sensing it, because it’s near. Let me become the version of me who has it.”
You choose the state that matches the version of you who already received.
You hold it.
You walk in it.
You play in it.
Not to get something.
But because you know the coin has already flipped.
If you’re aware enough to want something deeply, it means your consciousness has already accessed it.
Otherwise, it wouldn’t be a desire.
Desire is memory. Soul-level memory.
It is you as God, remembering what you’ve already created in the unseen and calling it into being now.
So next time you feel the lack, don’t flinch, my dear.
Smile. And instead of waiting to believe it, become the one who already does.
Because creation is finished.

#1 I'm always safe, even when I'm out by myself I never attract danger or any unwanted attention to myself
#2. my dr is safe enough for me to walk around freely without the fear of what could happen to me, at whatever time I'd like to go out, I can wear whatever I want to comfortably and an environment where women always have to be on guard, does not exist
#3. I can go to the bathroom without worrying about what happens to my drink cause spiking is completely non-existent, all drinks are completely safe to drink and the amount of alcohol in specific drinks cannot kill/harm me
#4. All clubs are safe, people only come with the intention to have fun and enjoy themselves, meaningless arguments and shootouts don't happen, bouncers are only needed to prevent minors from entering
#5. No one I meet there has any ulterior motives, I only interact with strangers that are there purely for the purpose of having a good time
#6. There aren't any people who speed or drunk drivers to be paranoid about, all the Ubers i go in are safe and are driven by women.
#7. I never get drunk to the point where I can't find my way home, can't drive, walk straight or talk coherently. I am very aware of my surroundings.
✶ ATMOSPHERE ;
#1. There is always a night to remember, I always have an amazing experience and there has never been a dull moment whenever I went out.
#2. I always end up meeting the coolest people, I'm surrounded by company that makes clubbing something to look forward to, me and my friends never get seperated.
#3. The air is full of energy that makes me feel alive, everything just looks 10x more beautiful at night and the streets are never crowded, or get overwhelming, everyone is here to have fun.
#4. The music played in clubs always matches my music taste and what I'm in the mood for, DJ's don't suck in my dr. They all know what I want to hear.
#5. People don't puke at parties or clubs, people don't pass out on the street or get blackout drunk, everyone is cautious and responsible, it only adds to the level of comfortability there.
✶ DEMEANOR ;
#1. I never puke or make a mess of myself. I'm not sloppy when I comes to the alcohol I take
#2. I always look flawless, my makeup doesn't smudge, my hair stays perfect and I never lose jewelry, I can dance freely knowing I'll look just as good as I walked in after.
#3. I am the best dressed in every club I'm in, I literally always look straight out of a cosmopolitan magazine, heads will turn when I walk in.
#4. My skin glows under every light like I was made to be seen, every lighting looks good on me.
#5. I dance so well, my movements are effortless and fluid, I don't look a hot mess when I'm having fun, heels are comfortable on my feet and I can always dance in them.
#6. Cameras love me. Every photo I take/taken of me comes out cunty, no red eyes, no awkward poses, just my perfect facecard
#7. I never spill drinks on my outfit, and no one ever spills drinks on me and strangers always compliment my fit.
#8. The vibe I bring to the function is always surreal, I draw people in naturally, people know when they approach me it's either ; respect first or walk away.
✶ WORLD RULES ;
#1. Alcohol actually tastes good. (Not that I know...). and is fun to drink, and has various yummy flavours.
#2. I only drink alcohol for the sake of enjoyment, I don't grow a dependency on it
#3. I never have to wait cues to get into any club, I'm automatically a VIP there.
#4. There aren't any shady clubs that look like suspicious money laundering fronts, they're all there for the sake of entertainment and fun.
#5. All clubs I go to are aesthetically pleasing, and match my vibe.
#6. I never feel yucky after a night out. Im always able to do my skincare on time, and i wake up with hydrated, dewy skin.
