Never going to get over the Yami Yugi / Seto Kaiba dynamic because there's something so fascinating about how Yami Yugi loves his friends so much but will always feel a little out of place because they're such good people while he has this fucked-up darkness inside him that would terrify them if he let it out too much. Just look at what happend when he lost Yugi in the Doma arc. None of their friends really knew how to act around him without Yugi there.
But you know who's totally fine with that Darkness? Seto Kaiba. They're always going to have a bond Yami Yugi can't have with anyone else.
