We've been cut off of our phone service due to forgetting a payment we owed them. Without this, we don't have a way to fundraise, which we have to do for our survival. This has unfortunately come when we also just received our storage bills. Needless to say, this is extremely stressful; and we need to pay them as soon as we can

big fan of when a character is dead and the narrative frames them in a very angelic, soft, gentle manner but then it turns out not only are they still alive (plot twist) but theyre alive in the most gruesome and horrific way. your loving kind mentor who motivates you to fight in their memory came back wrong and theres blood and dirt under their fingernails from clawing they way out of the grave.

"You'd be right, I'm not looking to learn," She stretched out her arms, and laced her fingers together to crack her knuckles. A friendly smile on her face so he wouldn't get the wrong idea.
"I'm hoping there's somewhere decent to fight around here," While she did her best on the road to keep active and her reflexes sharp, nothing could replace a good and proper brawl. "Would you know anywhere like that?"
An eyebrow did raise with some curiosity & a little caution, he knew well that people 'just looking for a fight' could be trouble, but weren't necessarily, and so far the woman didn't seem like too much trouble if any.
"Heh, I might know somewhere like that, but it can get a little intense, if you get what I mean" he explained.
"I get what you mean," Honestly, she didn't think it could be all that bad. She'd been on too many battlefields to think of how violent peacetimes could be. "And don't worry, I'll be able to keep up with anything thrown at me,"
