$3 Thrifted dress. Alterations included cutting down the neckline (while keeping the curved sweetheart style), reducing puff of the sleeves, moving waistline up, hemming the skirt, adding crinoline, adding lining skirt, adding removable sleeves, making cuffs out of hem fabric, and adding pendant.
