i’m actually going to go all out and say that dean not looking away when cas says “i love you” is a sign that he reciprocates. we look away when we’re uncomfortable. he didn’t look away. sure, he did when cas was talking about how wonderful he was, but when cas said “i love you”???? dean kept looking at him straight (ha) on. he wasn’t uncomfortable. his heart was breaking but he wasn’t uncomfortable.
