Ahem, weird yappy post cause i need to dump these thoughts? And the tags is cause someone i talked about this before said it sounds similar, tho im not claiming it to be that.
Okay so i know this is definitely gonna sound delusional af, probably is (i definitely aint gonna deny that-) and i slightly think its related to the dissociative disorder (that i am diagnosed with, nothing specific other than just Dissociative Disorder tho-)
But ive noticed that for a long time, my brain will create characters that kinda just... live in there? Been doing this for as long as i can remember, since at least 10-ish years old? (I can't remember anything before that after than stupid things like 'i had a pink pillow when i was 5'-)
So these characters will just kinda... be there. Occasionally theyll fade out, sometimes someone else will come along, and... idk? We just chill and yap back in forth in my head.
Almost definitely is delusions, probably a safeguard from trauma and all that, but now they are a comfort to me, and it aint really anything that hurts me :p i feel safer with them there even.
Aint exactly a vent ig? Just observing. Its been a couple months since i heard from anyone and suddenly since i been getting dragged into Epic and by entension, Greek mythos (tho i been into greek Myths lightly for 2 years-), currently its Hermes and Hypnos that is chilling out with my thoughts.
Slightly conflicted cause... dude, those are gods that i follow, but at the same time, thats probably why my brain grabbed em, cause i find comfort in them.
(...i also vaguely think Apollo is in there? They do lightly influence my behavior, but its nothing bad. I just tend to get more sleepy with Hypnos around, more work oriented with Hermes and more whiney/needy with Apollo)
Always been one dude that was consistent, back from CPS times. He came from a poem i read on a image before, it was a creepy poem, called Warm and had a creepy smiling face or something like that? I cant find the image again. I mean, it definitely had Warm there since the dude is named Mr.Warm. he was...mmm... hella creepy, but it was a sort of 'scarier so he can scare the scary things away'. He felt more tangible than the ones i currently have, hell im half sure i thought i seen him physically before (obviously not... actually physically, but like i was hallucinating him), but even he occasionally comes back in 'surges' (i feel like hes there, but he doesnt talk anymore, nor do i see him.)
Yea, definitely a weird thing to try to bring up to my therapist tomorrow 💔
