He's just going home for the day,

It's only goodbye 'til the next day.

He'll be back, I know he will. But until then, farewell my friend.

I managed to put myself together for this moment, how? I'm not sure.

Everyone here saw me break down and cry for the past days. I'm still heartbroken, I'm not over it... it'll probably take me a long time to get over it. Destiny means so much for me and knowing its story ends like this is killing me.

I'm desperately holding onto hope and small news, trying to convince myself that it's not logical, that Sony will cave in and give us D3. I honestly feel delusional.

I won't stop making renders and drawings of this game, I'll keep playing around with my RP blog @ellis-the-lightguide and a future one I'm planning for Lady Crimson.

I'll stay here until my last days, all of you can be sure of this.

And to everyone who checked on me, thank you. You're all amazing people and I'm not sure how to repay your kindness, I hope for great thing to come to your lives because all of you deserve it. <3

I'm 99% sure I'm not the first person to see Lucanis's in-game introduction and be like 'he is waaay too put together and healthy looking for a guy who has been tortured for a year'.

I get why that is; game assets are a thing and I doubt higher ups would approve an altered model for one small section (and I'm sure him being a romancable character and needing to be 'attractive' at all times plays a role as well),

but that won't stop me from drawing him as a disheveled mess (though I probably could've pushed that a lot more here...).

I did let him keep his armour here, instinct says Prison Rags but I already have consistency issues with drawing him so this keeps him more recognizable lol. I'm going to headcanon it was being kept as a trophy somewhere and he stole it back in his escape attempt before Rook and co. showed up.

Also yes I have a bad habit of overthinking character designs, visual timelines, etc. I love story telling through what a character looks like! Usually it's OCs not Canon Characters though so that's a bit new for me.
