Ingredients: 14 OREO cookies. 1 cup chocolate chips. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Assorted toppings sprinkles, crushed nuts, shredded coconut.
Instructions: Carefully twist each OREO cookie apart, making sure to leave the cream filling on one side. When you put the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt them in 20-second bursts while stirring them. Once the chocolate is smooth, dip the end of a lollipop stick into it and press it into the cream center of an OREO cookie. Add the other half of the cookie on top to make a sandwich. Put the stick in the middle of the sandwich. Do this again for each of the 14 OREO cookies. Let the extra chocolate drip off of each OREO pop as you dip it in the melted chocolate. You can add sprinkles, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut to the pops while the chocolate is still wet. For the OREO pops to set, put them on a tray lined with parchment paper or stand them up in a foam block. Let the chocolate harden all the way before you serve it or package it. After they've set, you can eat your 14 different OREO pops.
