World Override - bye bye street palms

I finally took courage and posted this.

Anyone else hate those annoying palm trees in Del Sol Valley and Magonlia Promenade? Well, they are gone! And how about those pennants in the city lights? Gone too... That ugly steamboat in Magnolia, au revoir!

Installation is simple, just download and put in the Mods folder.
