Single pregnancy

You know being a single mom might be shitty, but I have to say being single while being pregnant seems to me as far worse. You feel extra sensitive to the fact that you are indeed struggling to understand how your life with this new child will be like. But you also get to watch as countless others around you have someone to share the joy with. Someone to rub your baby bump, someone to whisper sweet nothings to your tummy whilst you lay there dreamily thinking of your future, someone to plan, prepare, love, and endure with. Even if you and that person may not last those moment shared still to me seem truly remarkable. So yea being a single mother while pregnant sucks. Maybe one day I’ll find that special someone to fill mine and my daughters lives with joy but until then blegh. I can’t wait to be a single mother with my child, at least then I’ll have someone to devote my love, affection, and all else inbetween to.
