‼️‼️ ROSE TYLER WAS NINETEEN ‼️‼️
if you want to say a single word against her, that better be taken into your consideration, or else I won't hear it.
Uptown Girl is Bobby Jones singing about Frankie Derwent thank you very much.

I’M BACK
yes, i got hacked. whoops.
I love that us MiddleGen (late 90s-early 00s) kids were so messed up we really singlehandedly reshaped the view of therapy into a social norm. Like in my early teen years if someone went to therapy it was still a *whisperingbehindtheirback* they have a therapist?? Are they okay?? kinda situation and I'm only 19 now but when I hear someone mention their therapist it's like them having, idk, the newest iPhone, like--"oh sweet I wish I could afford one of those it'd be nice for me but I guess I don't really need one."
Amy Santiago-Peralta being in love with her dork of a husband:
Bonus: Charles also being in love with Amy's dork of a husband
I'm so dumb I always watched this episode and was like
"Why does he assume she's in the middle of reading the series?" But no
Book 7 literally hadn't come out yet.

Tina Goldstein looking at Newt Scamander: 🥺🥺🥺
Happy 123rd Birthday, Newt Scamander!
Saw this bumper sticker and I know it means Newt Gingrich but all I could think was
NEWT FOR PRESIDENT
Taylor: Let's hear the applause; She took him faster than you could say--
Me: Santa Claus!
Taylor: Sabatoge
Me: oh, that works too
The true test of the emotional intensity of a narrative is whether it still gets you when you already know what's coming (someone's told you or you've already read/seen/listened to it before). Movies that were spoiled for you that still hit you like a ton of bricks when that spoiled plot twist comes around. Books that still make you flick through the pages with bated breath on your fourth time reading them. Songs you know all the words to but can't quite sing cause they always choke you up. Because at that point it's not what happened that stirs your gut; it's how you're told what happened.
