ghost trick is like you were never alone actually. even in the scariest moments of your life there was someone who wanted you, someone who was fighting for you, even if you didn’t know it. ghost trick is also like loneliness is not permanent. there are people now who have no idea they are waiting for you, but one day they’ll love you so much that they’ll reach back into that time you were so alone and smooth their hands over that hurt until you remember how to grieve for yourself.

it’s a rlly rough sketch but she was wrecking havoc in my brain so i had to do something—

(The head’s too small but oh well)

Her name’s Cassandra, here’s some info on her (ghost trick spoilers ofc):

Alma’s older sister (her hair is dark purple)

raised alma through her teenage years when their mom died

she’s not that old she’s like 4 years older than alma

worked with Jowd and Cabanela when they first became detectives

she was their boss?? Something like that

there was some kind of triangle going on between the three of them but that's a whole other can of worms 💀

think hamilton marrying eliza except angelica got with laurens instead of the actual guy she married

it's like that

contributed to the yomiel mess by painting him as a villain in her report after the whole situation so jowd and cabanela could keep their jobs cuz there’s no way they got out of that shit unscathed (she also kinda contributed to mistreating him but again whole other can of worms)

kamila was put under her care after alma's death/jowd's arrest

found family? marriage of convenience??? something like that

it took three years for cabanela to convince cass that jowd was innocent during which he was hellbent on his "spotless" record while cass fell behind in her career grieving alma/taking care of kamila (and lynne too but she was practically an adult at this point)

that's why in the game cabanela ends up being her superior

reversed roles trope gahhhh--

ALSO i forgot to add this but since cabanela wears white and red i thought it would be interesting to make her outfit black and blue

as in bruising black and blue

cuz she does a lot of dirty work for him as his assistant (further attributing to his "spotless record" while she builds a shady reputation) and also because that's kind of the headspace she's in just not very great

she just has wounds that she never got to fully heal

especially since kamilla is the spitting image of alma

psychotic episode?? maybe. idk. she'll probably pull herself together before she gets THAT far--

also the fact that cass HATED jowd for killing alma (since that's what she thought until cabanela got enough evidence to suggest it was someone else) so you can imagine the awkwardness when they see each other again in-game

especially since they're like the hamilton-angelica of this whole thing but anyways--
