But as Tōshō escapes and Mirko is heavily injured, that is when something interesting happens.
Mirko is a strong woman, her body, her strength, her legs, her autonomy. And despite the injuries and set-backs, Mirko pushes through with agency and determination that Tōshō has only seen so few many times.
Seeing Mirko fight through shredded lungs and frostbite would trigger would trigger a deep fascination. Her authenticity would make Tōshō start to develop an endearment, one made if deep pity as Mirko stretches herself that thin for such a corrupt society. Tōshō is actually more dangerous when she likes someone more ironically.

Personally? I feel like it would NOT be an easy meeting if they were to ever interact but they would probably get along if they didn't know eachother's identities and motivations
Tōshō would be all nice, civil, and sweet to Dabi since she would have no real reason not to. And, Dabi would think she is crazy, a bit clingy, but also a bit entertaining to be around.
It would immediately go to chaotic shit though the moment they both learn their real identites and their goals. They would definetly both judge tf out of each others' philosophy, especially if Enji's the topic.
There are many possibilities depending on the setting and situation. But the villainous siblings are a rather amusing concept for me to think about.

So, when she realized her father's and the Hero Society's failures, after having spent 4 years in a paralyzed state within the facility, breaking out, and coming back home and realized nothing changed,
She decided to tear the entire everything down in order to wean society from relying on Heroes, using her father and his agency as examples.
I’m just going to say this directly, since I don’t know if there will ever be a fanfic about this.
Fuyumi believes that by physically and mentally breaking Enji, she can force him to confront his sins and ultimately redeem himself. She does this by targeting his sidekicks, members of his agency, and especially Shoto Todoroki.
Tōshō tends to be “merciful” toward U.A.’s students, but she will still maim or cripple them to force them into quitting. However, she is quite sadistic toward the Pro Heroes, often killing/crippling them in humiliating open ways.
She wants society to doubt the competency and reliability of heroes, which is why she embraced the identity as a villain, to spread doubt and brew distrust with every loss and exposure of past sins.
She has a strange savior complex. I don’t think she has ever truly forgiven Enji or even Touya, but she cannot fully hate them either, because they are her family. So instead, she leans entirely into her love for them and punishes them in the name of that love.
Ironically, even as a villain, Tōshō cannot escape being a daughter, a caretaker, and a sister. She is still bound by filial piety and by Fuyumi’s desire for a repaired family, trying to reconcile the family she once believed they could be.

A few months later, Suirei found herself in a similar position with Maomao.

Maomao moved, probably to her tiptoes toes so that her face was closer to Suirei's, “Such things? You mean like how you caused this funeral? All I wish for is a thank you.”
She was too close, nearly pressed to Suirei's body.
Suirei sighed. “Thank you. Now are we done?” She could feel herself blushing from the invasion of her personal space. She was glad for the dim lighting.
“Do you dislike my company so much?” Maomao teased.
“No. However, I must return. People will notice. Loulan will notice,” Suirei said. Her sister would notice. Her sister would understand Suirei's absence though.
“I'll let you leave soon. You really need to relax, I can tell the guilt is eating you up. After all,” Maomao moved to whisper in Suirei's ear. “You are the one who killed Shenmei.”
Suirei stepped backwards, a bit thrown off by the bluntness in Maomao's words. This, however, was the wrong course of action to take when a person is practically leaning against you.

“He's in good hands. Suiren is the best.”
“She is,” Suirei smiled. She had known Suiren her whole life. “How did you get her to be so welcoming to you?”
“It took some work. Besides, she did threaten me and told me about fighting off an assassin to protect the Emperor when he was young.”

I did not read this haha, Sorry Anon but it took me a while to figure this out. I do think that they are different, considering the trauma of losing their sister and leaving TOUYA to raise them would result in the same yet completely different people
I do think that they are kinda grittier and less forgiving people. Especially towards Enji, because Touya is definitely still a hater, even if he stops fighting with him after a certain point
Shoto is similar enough to canon (Mostly because I do not have the greatest hold on his character so far). I do think he'd be a bit more closed off and cusses a bit more often
Natsuo is also generally similar, but I imagine he'd be a lot more avoidant of the whole family situation. He's the kinda sibling that you see once in a full blue moon once he goes to university.
There was a period where He and Shoto were kinda the only ones at the house after the Sekoto Incident because Touya was still in the hospital and Fuyumi was 'dead', so some trauma and heavy realization was coming from that. He is also a bit more closed off and resentful but overall he's pretty damn similar
Natsuo still visits and comes to support in Shoto's school events because 'It's what Fuyumi would've wanted' (Which all of them use)
