When in doubt, draw faces or make random patterns!

 To whoever is viewing this, hello! I do a lot of different things, some involve creating colourful patterns using various medium, but my favourite thing to do is create characters based on food and inanimate objects (and if I can combine the characters and patterns, even better!). Thought I'd have a go at @poketcg-art 's TCG redraw event!

I love Celebi and bright colours, so this was the ideal one for me to recreate. Of course, I had to try and add even more colours to it!
