I know I haven't been active for a month. And honestly I'm still suffering more than I'd like. I can feel a depressive episode coming. I'm afraid it's gonna be a destructive one. I'm scared for my family.

I thought I was doing okay lately until I stepped on the scale and realized I'm still losing so I guess what I thought was healthy actually wasn't 🤪🤪
