Day one of Lent de-chox
Complete! No chocolate, no nothing!
Made a yummy bake with leeks, bacon mushrooms, brocolli, in a weight watchers cheese and Parmesan sauce with half a thin blitzed on top mixed with more Parmesan. It was Devine and only 16 points.
Also, it was weigh day today.... 9 stone 12.2lb so that's another 1.6lb gone. Pretty winning at life right now.
Muscles slightly aching from piloxing and swimming but is it weird that I'm genuinely starting to like that feeling!
Let's see what day 2 brings x
I was talking to @katherine-isobelle and she mentioned smoothies, and it got me craving one.
Now keep in mind I’ve never been a smoothie person –I did dabble in making them this year but never grew a love for them.
Anyways, I looked up blueberry because it’s been my new fav fruit flavor this year, and I found this quick and easy mix up.
I bought the ingredients tonight, except my yogurt is Greek blueberry (3sp)…hopefully that won’t make a difference.
I wanna make this tomorrow morning if time allows. Lol I haven’t been to work in 5 days so waking up on time is going to be interesting.
Bedtime stories...... Full of cold and can't decide what to read! (at The Lake District, Cumbria)
0sp HOT VIMTO to fix my cold! (at The Lake District, Cumbria)
7sp brekkie. Fry light fried egg 2pp and 2 slices of back bacon with fat still on 5pp #smartpoints #WWFam #weightwatcher #oprahwinfrey #nuyrnume (at The Lake District, Cumbria)
A big old mug of 0 smart points Vimto!
I'm back! I'm going to blog my way into and through 2016. I'm going to stick to it this time! Here is my progress so far on my weight watchers journey! I was easily a size 16 in the above picture in 2012. In the 2015 one I am a size ten and a teeny bit over ten stone! I want to get to my 9.5 stone goal by my 28th birthday in May this year. I'm currently full of cold but I started back on track yesterday after my few Christmas days off. Only 3 more days left in 2015!
A hot water bottle at 7.30 am this morning above the skies of Penrith. Quite a site!
Back on track!
Today I went to Penrith for work and I managed to stick to my points! This has been such a challenge over the last few months due to the early starts and late returns involved in commuting to manage a different store and today with a bit of planning and prep I managed it! I have just made my ham, spinach and coleslaw warburtons thin for my lunch tomorrow too! And I've just cooked a quorn and vegetable chilli for tonight's tea! I feel SO much better being in control. I need to remember this!
My face here.... No make up so excuse the scary but I can definitely see a face shape change here.
I've been quiet!
Hi there..... It's been a while... I was on such a roll and summer came, I started working I'm Penrith opening a new store with work and time ha ticked on. I'd say from the end of May until two weeks ago I had hit a big massive plateau, being organised was hard because of all of the commuting and early starts and I'd lost the easy weight. I made it to just under ten stone and I was pretty happy. I stayed at about ten stone for a while some weeks gaining some weeks loosing. Them two weeks ago I decided I didn't need weight watchers anymore.....I can be healthy, I can follow the same basic principle of weight watchers and be okay, I don't need to pay. LIES! How WRONG was i! In two weeks I put on 2kg and was heading towards 10.5 stone. I've been abit down, felt lathargic, tired and full all the time. I couldn't pinpoint what was wrong with me but I had a sort of eureka moment yesterday, whilst sipping merrily on a glass of rum and coke....I feel out of control and I am in self sabotage mode because I want all the nice......I deserve all the nice right? Surely? I work hard, I've been good for so long........no. I need to get a fucking grip! I didn't work so hard just to give up and pile the weight back on. I can have treats, I can eat whatever I want, weight watchers just gives me control and makes me anticipate and think about what I put in my body! I'm so motivated now to lose what I have gained and get back on track, I think sometimes you just need a wobble to let you see the bigger picture! I've got right back on it today and also had a twenty mile bike ride which should have kickstarted my weightloss. It was absolutely glorious. I'm going to use this blog more and keep expressing what's on my mind....... I will be 9 stone.....this girl can! X

Weight Watchers Folks!
Okay, so since I’m new to WW, and I really want to succeed, I would really like to follow some of you guys who are doing it as well! We got to stick together, after all.
So if you are doing (or have done) Weight Watchers and would like an extra support system, please reblog this! I would love to be your new friend. (: I promise that I’m nice!
Here are some smoothie ideas. My favourite is Frozen mango, a carrot, banana, ginger, peach slices (from a tin) and 200ml of Almond milk. This just works out at 1pp for the almond milk. This keeps me full until lunchtime and occasionally I will throw in a lump of frozen spinach, you don't even taste this but obviously get all the nutrients! As far as measurements go I just sort of throw it all in. It's yummy!
