The prince sheathed his practice sword. He had just finished his sword practice with his guard and was tired. But he had work that he still had to do for his tutor.
Silver hummed softly as she polished the suits of armour in the throne room. Her long silver hair was tied up into a loose ponytail.
Link headed to the throne room, expecting it to be quiet at this time of day. He was rather surprised to see a beautiful girl with long silver hair polishing the armor.

Link flew through the sky, looking for just the right house that he had left his shadow in. He had been listening to stories when it got cut off by the window.
"We fly of course," Link said as if this were obvious.
Like bread is to butter (reversed)
Link laid down in his bed, exhausted. It had been a busy day and he was glad to finally get some rest. However, he found it hard to fall asleep so he just laid on his side, staring at his nightstand.
Silver peeked out of the hole, along with her cousins, Matt and Allen. âWe should really wait until heâs asleep.â Matt whispered.
Link thought he could hear talking but he wasnât sure. He was the only one here after all and the voices were too quiet for him to hear what they were saying. He mustâve been imagining it.
âOh calm down. The giant bean will be asleep soon.â Allen said. Silver rolled her eyes.
Link finally closed his eyes, fallen asleep.

His father had insisted he have a ball tonight. However, the prince had managed to sneak away. He hated big events like this. Heâd much rather go through the local town in disguise as a commoner.
The prince smiled and got his own horse ready. âA beautiful lady such as yourself shouldn't be riding alone. Allow me to accompany you, for safety.â He spoke formally since he wasn't sure if anybody could hear him. The stable boy did often sleep in the hay after all and he wasn't exactly known for keeping secrets that well.
âGo. Now. Before I-â
Link shook his head. âWhatâs going on with you?â He signed, worried for his friend.
Link blinked a bit in confusion and slight dizziness. âScarlett,â he signed. âYou're a vampire?â
âš â TRANSPARENCY â Your muse is now a ghost separated from their body and cannot be easily seen, heard, or felt by any living person. (If you want it could be Scarlett)
Link floated around, trying to get anyoneâs attention but nobody even gave him a second glance. âSomeone please! Can you hear me!?â
The ghost looked around. âThink we could go somewhere more private to talk more? It would be bad for the living to hear you talking to yourself.â
âYeah, we can go to my room.â
Link followed her back inside, simply fazing through the walls until they got to Scarlett's room. âI'm not sure how to really start but I really need your help.â
Iâm still laughing with mine XD

Link flew through the sky, looking for just the right house that he had left his shadow in. He had been listening to stories when it got cut off by the window.
Linkâs eyes widened at the needle and thread. âWait! Isnât that going to hurt!?â
âYes but it will hurt more if you donât stay still.â Silver looked at him.
This made Link go absolutely still. âIf youâre sure about thisâŠâ
Silver threaded the needle and looked at Link. She started sowing the shadow on.
Link winced but said nothing as she continued to sew it on.
âIâm nearly done.â
Link stayed as still as possible until she was finally done. The shadow tried to escape but found it was impossible now that it was attached to itâs owner. Happily, Link moved to the wall where he could admire his newly attached shadow and watch it copy him.
Silver smiled and put her sewing kit away. She yawned and stood up.
Link flew over to her curiously. âAre you really tired already?â
âYeah. You did wake me up, after all.â
Link frowned. âBut itâs so early! We should stay up all night and have fun!â
âWhat do you suggest we do?â
"We could go to Neverland," Link said with a bright smile. "We can do lots of things there!"

His father had insisted he have a ball tonight. However, the prince had managed to sneak away. He hated big events like this. Heâd much rather go through the local town in disguise as a commoner.
The prince slept well that night, dreaming of the girl that was like a princess to him.
Scarlett slept peacefully, dreaming off the prince. She sighed happily.
Link woke up early the next morning. It was his daily ritual to go riding every morning before he had to attend to his princely duties. However, today he made a detour on the way to the stables to see if Scarlett was awake yet.
Scarlett hummed softly as she was awake bright and early. She was brushing one of the horses.
Link walked into the stables and smiled to see Scarlett there. "So you are awake," he said. "Planning on going for a ride this morning?"
âGo. Now. Before I-â
Link shook his head. âWhatâs going on with you?â He signed, worried for his friend.
âLink. Just. Go!â Scarlett groaned. Her normally emerald green eyes were turning red.
Link grew worried but refused to go. Whatever was happening to her, he couldnât just leave Scarlet by herself! âIâm not going!â
âLink I donât want to hurt you.â Scarlett cried out in pain as her body tensed. âGo!â
Link was torn between what to do. The look in Scarlettâs eyes was purely predatory. But he couldnât just leave her! âI donât care what happens. Iâm not leaving you, no matter what!â
â..I warned you.â Scarlett growled, lunging towards Link. She sank her fangs into his neck.
Link gasped as he felt the fangs pierce his neck. He didn't pull away though as a feeling of warmth also went through him, taking away the pain. He also still didn't want to leave Scarlett.

Scarlettâs Travels
@skywardsilentchild
Scarlett was currently on a school trip around the Mediterranean sea and visiting various countries for Geography and history class. Suddenly a terrible storm hit. Everyone rushed to get inside. Scarlett wasnât so lucky. She was washed off the boat by a wave. Her brother and friends screamed and tried to save her. Scarlett was washed back and forth in the waves, trying to keep her head above the water. It wasnât long before she was washed up on a beach, coughing and panting. Scarlett only took a few steps before she laid down on the soft sand and fell asleep. She had no idea where she was.
Zelda smiled, seeing that the giant was rather friendly. âSorry for the trouble. To make it up to you, you will be my personal guest. Though I must ask you, where are you from? It must be very far away from here.â
Link listened, curious now about the giant.
âOh Iâm from Scotland. Yeah, itâs quite far away from here I guess.â Scarlett replied. âI live in a small village. Though I went to boarding school for a few years.â
âSo you must be a scholar!â Princess Zelda said excitedly. She had never heard of a boarding school as they did not have those in Hyrule. She did value learning and wisdom though. âYou must stay here at the castle! Weâll look into creating a bed big enough for you.â
Scarlett smiled lightly, moving her hair out of her face. âThank you.â Scarlett said softly.
Many of her councilors seemed unsure though. But Zelda held her ground. âAnd to make sure nobody in my kingdom tries to harm you, you may have a guard if you wish.â
âNo, thatâs okay. Iâll be fine.â Scarlett said, looking at all of the tiny people. âIf you need any help with anything, just ask. Iâll be happy to help.â
Link looked curiously up at the giant as Zelda nodded. âOf course. Thank you Kind Giant.â
Scarlett giggled. âJust call me Scarlett. Or Scar.â
Zelda nodded. "Of course Scarlett." The whole kingdom cheered save for one lowly guard, who meerly clapped his hands since he couldn't speak.
â (Reversed. Link could be a farm or stable boy lol)
Link finished mucking out the stables with a loud sigh. It was hard work but he was lucky to have this job at the castle. A lot of people would kill to work at the castle, even cleaning up horse dung. The teenager had to admit, it was rewarding. He loved horses and all the hard work helped make him strong.
And it was as close to becoming a palace guard that heâd ever get. Of course he could never become a knight since he was nothing more than a commoner. But it had always been Linkâs dream to defend the royal family and his country of Hyrule.
The stable boy left as suspicious eyes watched from the shadows. He would have to report back to Prince Evan about this. Seemed that the princess was in love with a lowly commoner and that would not do for his master.
Scarlett walked back to her room, humming softly.
On his way back to the stable, Link was stopped by someone he didnât know. They looked threatening though.
âWhat were you doing, talking to the princess?â He asked.
Scarlett hummed softly.
Link signed back. âShe was just talking to me about her horse.â He said, trying to cover up what they were talking about.
âDid you do everything she asked?â The servant asked.
âOf course,â Link signed. âI would do anything my princess asked me to do.â He was getting nervous of what this servant was asking him though. Had they been watching him and Scarlett!?
The servant nodded, looking at Link with a slightly suspicious look.
The stable boy was getting a bit uncomfortable. "I better get going since I still have work to do."
