Stuck In Detention || Sineas
-
Phineas grimaced. He thought he had overheard some kind of confrontation in the cafeteria the other day, but nowadays, Phineas mostly tried to keep his head down. It was the day he sat with the mathletes, anyway, and they all wanted Phineas to quiz them for their upcoming meet. He felt kind of bad about not stepping in, but it sounded like the adults had it under control, anyway.
Hopefully. Sid sounded vengeful, though.
âYeah, thatâs rough, dude,â Phineas said sympathetically. âTake it from me, though, itâs not really worth it. Getting into fights and stuff. It just causes more trouble down the line.â Technically, Phineasâs confrontation with Tony didnât really count as a fight, but⌠Maybe he could try and be a good influence on Sid?
Sid didnât know who this kid thought he was talking to, but he sure as hell didnât know who Sid was if he was saying stuff like that. He had been getting into fights ever since he got to school. All the way back in primary where everyone was supposed to be making friends he had been cementing enemies and his role as someone all the other kids should stay clear of.Â
This was nothing new and nothing some new kid who had only just moved to this town said was going to change that.
âYou donât know the first thing about me or what a fight looks like,â he shot back. âJust because you threw a punch or two while under the influence of some spell doesnât mean anything. When you get into a fight, a real one, maybe Iâll give you some credit. But youâre just like the rest of the kids here.âÂ
