Ipad didn't end up working out but I found an old drawing tablet and I'm trying out some brushes in Clip Studio. Expect some Welcome Home fanart when I'm not feeling exhausted.

So I got an ipad and then I got Procreate and I'm trying out different coloring styles for the art style I'm going for by watching a bunch of different Youtube tutorials. Going for a picture book approach but I can't seem to find the right technique for it.

Did I need to draw Lydia Deetz as Gaal Dornick from Foundation? No, did I have heck of a lot of fun drawing it? Absolutely yes.

Spring Peepers

It is still winter where I live but we've had some sunny days and I'm thinking about spring. I miss hearing frogs at night like I could from my childhood bedroom, so I had to draw some little guys whose voices you just know are ringing through the misty forest!
