You can have whatever color you want, even if it's not the ancestry you chose. They come in different shades too, so there's options if you wanna stick to your ancestry. With the vibrancy of the eyes, there are some really cool combinations out there. Like the golden green dragonborn with yellow eyes.

I regret not picking a dragonborn as my sorcerer character but one day. One day I will.
