Iām back at it again.
32LBS lost in 3 months. Not as fast as Iād like but enough to feel a difference.
Iām starting to enjoy the feeling of emptiness again.
Sometimes I practice my discipline by getting stoned and feeling how munchied I get but still refuse to cave and feed the hunger.
Itās quite satisfying.
Having an Easter BBQ with my neighbour which means lots of food, drinks & sweets. The thought of the armount of calories is making me feel sick.
Iāve done my damndest to pre-count my possible calories but I canāt garruntee that itās accurate and that is nerve wracking.
However Iām also stuck in the internal-balltle mindset of showing people that I āeat normallyā to avoid their suspicions and not wanting to eat.
In 2 days of intermittent fasting and consuming no more than 800cal/day, I have lost 2lbs.
Proof it works.
Why so perfect?
Rules I currently follow...
At least 12 hour intermittent fasting every day (sleep included).
Get at least 8hrs sleep whenever possible.
No more than 800cals (net.)
DRINK WATER. At least 2ltrs every day.
Walk at least 3000 steps a day.
Drink 2 STRONG coffees per day for energy (no milk, no sugar).
Only ever eat when in front of people to avoid their suspicions. (Partner, family, friends etc.) It will trick them into thinking you eat normally.
Allow myself one very small ānaughtyā thing every now and then to ward off binges (eg. One small biscuit every few days is worth it if it stops a full binge).
If I fee a binge coming on, get out of the house (Go for a walk, see my neighbour, walk the dog etc). If I canāt get out distract myself with thinspo or cleaning.
Meditate. Rest the mind and manifest goals I have set. Visualise myself skinny in smaller jeans. Verbalise my wishes while I look at thinspo.
I know I said Iām restricting more and more week by week but..
I just canāt help myself š

Going for my government approved walk later, I want to burn at least 200.

This week no more than 1000 a day.. next week 900.. next 800.. 700.. 600.. 500.
